Eating is bad news.....yes middle age spread,yes joint pain inflammation and swelling,yes tough to work out.....however....extra weight and overeating
is bad,anti-inflammatories are a tough call, check out the late and respected Dr.Hulda Clarks work.White Sugar is your enemy,body fat is your
enemy,balanced micro-nutrient uptake is your friend ,working out to reduce fat/fluid based weight or dieting with inactivity to target and
strategiclly lose muscle mass the reverse of how you put it on is worth the pain,your natural endorphins will provide you with natural painkilling
effects,especially with athletes whose bodies do everything slightly different....coping is not enough.....living as normally as possible is.A decade+
of pharmacuticals will drop a Buffalo. Some natural options work well..Convention is not always the BEST METHOD , the most easily recognised
method,most promoted method,most "sold" method..... you start with convention -knowing it is an inferior option- and then you begin to find the
optimal solution which you KNOW is hovering somwhere just above conventional thinking. Inflammation is a message....so learn about it ,and,by-pass
it,it is an OLD MESSAGE still being sent to your injured body,like an lifelong echo,the body is trying to fix something and it will never
stop,lnflammation is caused by non-stop attempted repairs.Elimination of the repair/rebuild/return signals will never happen because it is hijacked by
a Trojan Horse in your software or hard-drive.Even when the bone is healed the perfection is not there so the message continues until the harddrive is
shut down. Something wont let the "fully complete" signal be sent to the harddrive to stop the cycle because if this conduit is open then the sofware
can be eternally downloaded when needed,and we would self-heal with no scars and we would not age.The "scar" preventing 100% repair and signalling so
is the keystone...and we might mistakenly look for causality in the "patch"...MMmmm.
Normalise your body,by specialising and "overworking your body" you overbuilt genetic blueprints,so deconstruct your body properly until the signals
being sent internally based on original design match the original body which you have adjusted down to.
In my personal experience, one way of short-circuiting or of dilluting the bodies sense of urgency priorising this message is to eliminate mass and
remove stress from the skeletal structure which in and around these stress points is energising this "urgency of healing message" process and by
proxy expediting the impending inflammatory end result of the bodies attempted healing,the body doesnt know what to do with all the "stuff" still
being sent to the now mended area...its not needed...it ends up toxifying us because it grows in volume and has nowhere to go or absorb to via normal
healing process.... the excess volume EXCEEDS the normal absorbtion capacity of this "stuff"....for those interested this is the cure to old trauma
related arthritic inflammation just look up how the body absorbs these unneeded volumes of toxic junk and "help the process out" by possibly simply
adding somethng which will dillute the SPECIFIC toxins,now that we know they originate as POSITIVE supplies being sent to the front of the battle
lines....before they pool up and become toxic and overload the bodies ability to vent them.
If my body is used to hauling around 210 of muscle at top speed and I go to seed....my body doesnt wish change[remember I tricked it to overperform]
and will want to keep to the program so if I suddenly stop perfoming athleticlly at a high level maintaining my muscle mass and it begins to
decrease...well my body will try like heck to compensate to keep things the same...and it will quickly replace the muscle mass with something else
like fat,the heart and body will want to keep pulling big weight baby....it takes as many years to unwind the coils as it did to wind them.
The brain is the hard drive..when the finger bone breaks its "software" progam sends a red flag message that it needs repair.....so the harddrive
downloads the "finger bone" software program which is designed to push until it corrects itself 100%..a software patch...when the body first gets the
"send a patch" message it rebuilds the finger bone as closely to the original software program as it can until the natural shutoff signal is
tripped,at which point a REPAIR COMPLETE signal should be sent via software to the harddrive and then full stop and carry on....HOWEVER...specific
chromosomes are guilty of being bypassed on a deeper level resulting in the "REPAIR COMPLETE" message being continually sent...."something[I know:]]"
prevents us from regeneration or from completely replacing the entire "software program"[like it could with telomere regeneration-stopping ageing]
....and only completing the first step or two of repair before it stops and begins said cycle again....this uneeded reppetition or short circuit
continues until the harddrive shuts down. This is a contrived DNA issue.But it can be worked with.By removing body mass from skeletal structure we
negate a single "signal booster" point.....and we belay the process decreasing number of "cycles"....and positively impacting by to specific degrees
negate overall long term health issues related to inflammatory reactions and our sometimes negative impacts of repetative curative attempts.
Basiclly...what would Messier and Fuhr and Tikk and Wayne look like today had they become the healthy Butcher the Baker and Candlestick maker?Because
the brain[harddrive] has implemented a specific "software" package to build your body according to a template.......not the UBER-BODY built by a
professional Athlete who has spent a LIFETIME ignoring cerebral red flags and messages to over-perform and push every limit and boundary humanly
possible .The signals being sent to support the original template[software updats] NEVER CHANGE....the men learned how to mute them or bypass them or
piggy back them and carry on.....now its time to re-align the morphed bodies with the STILL original messages as per genetic blueprinting so these men
