If I lived in a world where I could not divorce my wife without her consent, I would still not acid attack her- I could not be any more consistent or fair now could I

In the UK we have a right to divorce and a man and a women can still not agree to it, so are you asking me about the state, or about an individual having an opinion- a person has the right not to agree to it, I have women friends who did not agree to the divorce (knowing their husbands, they would not have attacked them with acid if they lived in a state which prevented it, and if they had I would have called them b******s)

What im pointing out sweetheart is that not everyone would do the same as you - Some people, men and women, would throw acid over there spouses for wanting a divorce, thankfully you were obviously raised in a culture where this is not acceptable and therefore, unlikely to happen.

Hardly a mystery, the men have been doing this to the women for a long time... it's about TIME the women in the middle east stood up ...I don't support acid in the face EVER .. but I can't see the mystery of the post ... the women have gone through it plenty ... there was never a "mystery of the acid attacks on WOMEN" post...

Of course everyone is not raised like me, we live in nation states, we are individuals, we choose our own destinies- regardless if someone is raised in a culture where it is more likely to happen I oppose it- I see the regression of my own UK with mass immigration from the likes of Pakistan, and I oppose it

Yeah this is quite scary though, you don't know if someone walking by you on the street might just throw acid in your face, I remember a very attractive woman in Australia last year was completely disfigured in a random attack.

This has happened before, and unless there are witnesses it is very hard to make a conviction or even find the culprit.

In a lot of cases it causes blindness and the victim never sees the assailant.

A lot of the time it is just a random person on the street they choose to throw it at. This makes it even that much more difficult to find the perp.
