Well that file is about Chinese Content-Control Software, what did you think it was going to be about? Perhaps environmental issues, yeah, but daaaaaaaaaaaaaamn that was actually kind of funny. I mean in an 'almost got me but not really' kind of way, sorry it just seemed a little bit comedic that you clicked on it just to discover what it was and found it was considered a virus!

Exactly, it was a virus, (trojan horse) threat on opening. AVG is there. It would be interesting to know the origin of the index dates, seemingly starting in 1986, seems more like started by a media source like AOL, or secret service, or all the same??

These may be the ones already leaked in 2010. I found one about BSU and TJ Hemlinger.
I googled it and found an article from 2010 about it in Huff Post. (kinda funny though,
one email from their office manager to a dungeon, requesting to visit while bragging

I'm a little skeptical about WikiLeaks anyways. There's a document concerning the

I just got through the opening pages of the report from 1980 and much of it is accurate even today to a surprising degree. They talk about Iran, they talk about American relations with Europe, Russia, china and the middle east.....
