if its not cgi it looks like its related to jelly fish but seems different. the polygons on its skin is interesting.

Maybe with the earth changes, oil companies disturbing the deep sea, this is causing these species to loose their way and swim to shallower oceans.

Seems to have been a few unusual creatures seen in the last few years.
