Can anyone ID this "object" filmed in the Ocean? Some say its the Amniotic sack of a Whale, some say a giant jelly fish and some say they dont know.

A mysterious ocean 'blob' has been recorded by a deep-sea remote-controlled underwater camera. The creature looks like nothing seen before, with speculators suggesting it is everything from a jellyfish to the remains of a whale placenta. While, at a quick glance, the description of a jellyfish makes sense, the creature has organs and appendages never spotted on a jellyfish before. I find the hexagonal patterning very interesting. Not sure I've seen that pattern in earth organisms before. It makes me think it was made or perhaps from a different evolutionary line that went down a hexagonal pattern path... It seems very ancient in either case.

In a couple of the images I was struck that it appeared like a being in a trance state stuck in a biological matrix that lets it survive here. Imagine an ancient or alien life form from a water world, parked here on earth in a kind of stasis or awareness that lets it look and listen to what's going on here.
