Special forces units of the US, France, Britain, Canada and other NATO members have gathered in Jordan alongside Saudi, Jordanian and Qatari special units for a large-scale ten-day military exercise in Jordan starting May 15.

Debka.com

Beset on two fronts, Bashar Assad rushed his elite Presidential Guard Division to Damascus Thursday, May 10, as two massive car bombs in the al Qaza district of Damascus demolished the command center of the Syrian military security service’s reconnaissance division, killing 55 people and injuring more than 300. Over to the southeast, 12,000 special operations troops from 17 nations, including the US and other NATO members, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, were poised on the Jordanian side of the Syrian border for an exercise codenamed “Eager Lion.”

Training for Iran, Syria and possibly N.Korea if they continue their nuclear programs. Shall be an interesting summer and fall. Horrible that we continue these absolutely in-humane wars, but that's the human species for you.

another thread talking about tanks heading towards Houston, Tx with paint job to match the operation, looked like and eager beaver logo just needed to be added to it...so let's see, false flag and it is business as usual again, and they are on to, the road to Damascus and it is showtime for the wizard...

What , pray tell, do you think that false flag will be?
What kind of scenario would bring the multis down on assad/
The massive car bombs ging off in Damascus may be precursors to the action as well......
I am sure that the" intelligence" services are having a field day over there...with six or eight agents of every stripe and nationality for every important player.....and lots of ops opportunities for the black bag boys .....
Surely they arent going to try to provoke Assad into launching some kind of strike on the Golan to retrieve some of his lost prestige?
What the hay wpould allow Syria to be attacked?
The Gov Boys there would have to massacre a fair whack of people at one go maybe....
Could send in the wet boyus to wipe out a whole villiage of peasants and let Assad take the blame?
Chemical weapons use would bring the international condemnation to fever pitch too.....
Its going to be interesting to watch how they get their tanks in the door ..................
but they will....................

Saddam Hussein and the Ba'ath Party student cell, Cairo, in the period 1959–63.

Ba'ath Party
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party (Arabic: حزب البعث العربي الاشتراكي Hizb Al-Ba'ath Al-'Arabi Al-Ishtiraki‎) was a political party founded in Syria by Michel Aflaq, Salah al-Din al-Bitar and associates of Zaki al-Arsuzi. The party espoused Ba'athism, an ideology mixing Arab nationalist, pan-Arabism, Arab socialist and anti-imperialist interests. Ba'athism calls for the renaissance or resurrection and unification of the Arab world into a single state. Its motto—"Unity, Liberty, Socialism" (wahda, hurriya, ishtirakiya)—refers to Arab unity, and freedom from non-Arab control and interference.

The party was founded by the merger of the Arab Ba'ath Movement, led by Aflaq and al-Bitar, and the Arab Ba'ath, led by al-Arsuzi, on 7 April 1947 as the Arab Ba'ath Party. The party quickly established branches in other Arab countries, although it would only hold power in Iraq and Syria. The Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party was merged with the Arab Socialist Party led by Akram al-Hawrani in 1952 to form the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party. The newly-formed party was a relative success, and became the second-largest party in the Syrian parliament in the 1954 parliamentary election. This, coupled with the increasing strength of the Syrian Communist Party, led to the establishment of the United Arab Republic (UAR), a union of Egypt and Syria. The union would prove unsuccessful, and a Syrian coup in 1961 dissolved the union.

Following the break-up of the UAR, the Ba'ath Party was reconstituted. However, during the UAR, military activists had established the Military Committee to take control of the Ba'ath Party from civilian hands. In the meantime, in Iraq the Ba'ath Party had orchestrated and led the Ramadan Revolution and came to power, only to lose power a couple of months later. The Military Committee, with Aflaq's consent, took power in the 8 March Revolution of 1963. A power struggle quickly developed between the civilian faction led by Aflaq, al-Bitar and Munif al-Razzaz and the Military Committee led by Salah Jadid and Hafez al-Assad. As relations between the two factions became worse, the Military Committee initiated the 1966 Syrian coup d'état which ousted the National Command led by al-Razzaz, Aflaq and their supporters. The 1966 coup split the Ba'ath Party between the Iraqi-led Ba'ath movement and the Syrian-led Ba'ath movement.

The motto "Unity, Liberty, Socialism" (Arabic: وحدة، حرية، اشتراكية Wahdah, Hurriyah, Ishtirakiyah) was inspired by the French Jacobin political doctrine linking national unity and social equity.[1] Unity refers to Arab unity, or Pan-Arabism; liberty emphasizes freedom from foreign control and interference (self-determination); socialism refers to Arab socialism, rather than to European socialism or communism. The idea that national freedom and the glory of the Arab Nation had been destroyed by Ottoman and Western imperialism was expounded in Michel Aflaq’s works On the Way of Resurrection and The Battle for One Destiny. Aflaq is commonly considered to be the father of Ba'athism.

No this not a Multinational force but rather a Multinational force of western, elitist imperialism Hench.

"12,000 special operations troops from 17 nations, including the US and other NATO members, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, were poised on the Jordanian side of the Syrian border for an exercise codenamed “Eager Lion"

America once again working with Qatar and Saudi Arabia eh?

This is a declaration of war on Russia and China then it seems, i for one hope that america will lose in this war.

Putin may know what is going on and would be foolish to attend and if anything, would guess he is planning an attack on it and make it look like it was the Muslims that did it, so everyone jump on the kill the Muslims bandwagon...more fodder for the cannons and whatever Putin does, presume would not lead back to Russia and lots of patsies nations and religions who hate the empire and what it's agenda is, so a strategic attack would and could be advantageous, if carried out correctly, however Putin may be wise enough to have something better planned, that does not entail an attack and maybe just use some common sense, and no need to pull any shenanigans, and defending their last footholds are best kept priority...from the invaders.

So, next attack on the US, could be another false flag op and blame it on Putin,

a splendid scenario earthdude.

i'm leaning on a defensive readiness of agreed former borders at the mo, however the more information at hand the better. something is brewing with this, the most famous tag team seem to have each
others backs here and i cannot remember a past event where a countries leader was too busy to attend.

Sorry to ruin your wet dream, but firstly this isn't a "declaration of war against China or Russia", it is in fact a long planned exercise...

It has been in the planning for 3 years and it isn't the first time it has been held..

US Central Command

It is pure speculation they are destined for Syria...

just exercises? nothing more then an excuse?
just like those middle east excuses that we had and we went straight to war with Iraq?

Yeah i am sure they were all just simple exercises for what again? an invasion.

Typical verbal Diarrhea from you there Agent, although you seem to be having more difficulty than usual stringing a coherent sentence together.

No, I don't remember us massing forces in 2002/2003 under the pretext of an exercise to invade Iraq.

Why?

Because they didn't use the excuse! They were quite open about the build up of forces, while making up various reasons for the invasion itself, but they certainly didn't plan a fake exercise and accidentally roll into Iraq. It was obvious what the build up was for and they made no effort to hide it.

This isn't even remotely similiar.
