Just a tip, don't post comments slighting the writing skills of others when yours are non-existent.

There's an appropriate adage that says 'it's better to say nothing and let others assume your idiocy then to open your mouth and confirm it'.

The event was held last Sunday, so I thought that I would drop back into this thread and thank everyone for their suggestions.

A TON of money was raised that will be used to help the hungry and on a more superficial note, everyone had a great time.

It was VERY interesting shifting over from traditional smokers to just a charcoal grill when you're cooking beef ribs and briskets. It was a fun challenge, but I'm glad that I'll be able to use my smokers at the next event.
