The BIS (bank of international settlements is a privatre bank which individuals have accounts in....Nationa deposit funds in these peoples accounts to pay their debts of internations trade.
the people whose accounts they deposit the monies into, make a precentage disbursing the trillions funds to the designated countries....
But they are private individuals no mistake........
This is a scam that has gone on for many years........these are the real uber rich......
