I came across these on Google Earth, The dark zig zag lines have a lot of 90 degree angles they are massive. Those specks are islands beside them.
What would you think these are?

I read that those lines are artifacts created by sonar boats while collecting mapping data.

Or maybe, that's what they want you to think.

The thing is that unless one knows and completely understands the process used to gather this data, as well as how it is processed after it has been gathered, they will not get an answer that can be proven to be correct. These could very well be artifacts of some type created by the manner in which the data was gathered. Or they could be artifacts in the sense of ancient civilizations or sunken alien ships or something. The point is that if anyone wants to get to the bottom of this mystery, they should first and foremost learn all they can about how the images were gathered and pieced together. I don't know what they are, but I know how to go about finding out.
