Those photo's show up here often. My Wife has been entering stuff there for years. She often mentions seeing them misrepresented elsewhere. I actually started an image for the one where the bones of the giants came from, but got busy and forgot about it. It's a great place to practice your PS skills.

Imagine what will pop up now that you can work freely between PS Extended and some programs like ZBrush. The hoaxers will have a field day.

I remember reading somewhere, you can see a merge of colorless picture with the archeologists there where the skeleton lies in some grave, the similar fashion is used for some other skeletons. The underwater images are derived from the real mysterios structures under the water near Japan (they do not look like a pyramid just sank but still there are some seemingly man made ancient structures from many hundreds/thousands years ago)
