Yep the Band of holes is very interesting. There appears to be speculation its to do with silver mines and the concept that Vikings have visited the site at least 1000 years ago. This Link has some info on it as well as a very interesting article by Ron O. Cook and a commentary by a guy called Leon Brown.

In short puma punku, megalithic structures are fascinating to me.The bone islands in siberia,entire islands formed out of prehistoric mammal bones,dont really buy the whole deposited by melting glaciers idea ,I know thats a little to Churchward for most but thats another thread.Lastly the sphynx since mainstream archaeology cant seem to pin a definitive date on it. edit , I say megalithic,again indeterminate date
