Just wondered if anyone else has read any of the Ben Hope novels?

They are similar to the Jack Reacher series, but also involve conspiracys, the 2 ive read involved a shadow government that faked a terrorist bomb on its own citizens to enable public acceptance of increased surveilance. The one im currently reading is about a senator whos assistant and an army of recruited rogue CIA angents etc trys to start a war between Isreal and Muslims which apparently mimmicks a passage in the book of revelations. Their aim is to gain votes for their biblical/christianity based run for president.

Some parts of the book are a bit far fetched, but a decent read all the same.

But if you are into biblical prophecy tied into political thrills, you should check out the series by Joel Rosenberg, the guy some are calling a modern day nostradaumas. One of the books in the series is called The Ezekial Option.
