A video about Chicago posted Thursday on the website of NATO's in-house television news network, Natochannel.tv, could leave leaders fumbling the facts at the international water cooler

What history book they got this from? You would think they check before putting it out. Kinda embarrassing if you ask me. And funny.

On the bright side, NATO got the most important part right — the summit is in Chicago.

Someone mistranslated Hauptstadt. That's what happens when you have a bureaucracy that speaks three different languages in house.

Well... even tho springfield is the historical capital, chicago is a far more important city.

Plus its the largest city in illinois, simply dwarfs springfield.

So basically chicago is far more important both at a national and world scale.

But one question was answered: I finally KNOW where obama is from!!!
