Okay so I posted a thread a few weeks ago.
I thought I was abducted by aliens,..
And I suddenly had strange scars/lines on my back.
I started having these last year, I never injured my back or anything.
Here is the full thread:
www.abovetopsecret.com...
^It's better if you read that thread first :L So you know all the information.

Okay so someone said it could be stretch marks.
So I just took a picture of it with my webcam, it was really hard
to press 'Take picture' when you have to take a picture of your back xD
I currently have 5 of these lines on my back.
You only see two of them on the picture though.
I know it's a bit blurry, I don't have a camera or anything.
But I think you can see it quite good

Are these stretch marks or could these be scars/lines from an alien abduction

I'm no doctor but this looks like AIDS to me.

Can I get a second opinion?!

Stretch marks occurr when one gains and loses a lot of weight, like in pregnancy.

Have you lost a lot of weight recently? Are these marks only on your back?

Off to read your original thread...

Nope, I haven't lost alot of weight recently and yeah they're only on my back.
But over the last year I've grown alot in height, don't you also get stretch marks from that?

Probably. Do the areas hurt? What texture are they?

No not at all, they also don't itch. And what do you mean with texture?

Growing tall fast doesn't make stretch marks. Our bodies adapt to growing.

If you were overweight, and lost it fast, you would have stretch marks in other places, not your back.
I've never heard of stretch marks on anyone's back, the back doesn't gain enough weight to get stretch marks.
Unless you were once 500 lbs....

I've had a baby, and never got stretch marks.

Those marks on your back look more like bruises.

Stretch marks also occur from growth spurts. I have streach marks on my legs and hips from growing so fast as a child. In your picture it's hard to tell. They look like scars to me. I have woken up with scratches and bruses on my body before but never put much thought into it. I would say it's probably how your sleeping or perhaps if you share a bed your partner is causing it.

Well maybe these are stretch marks then, I don't share a bed partner so that can't be the cause
.
But can you really get scars that remains for over a year on your body, just caused by sleeping?

I'm living proof you can get streatch marks from growth spurts. I'm 6'3" tall was growing more than an inch a year for a long time. Have them all over my hips and legs... Is this a pic or it didn't happen situation?
Because trust me no one wants to see my pasty white skin.

These are not stretch marks. I have never seen a stretch mark that does not run vertically when on the midsection of the body.

It just looks like scatches to me. Tell the aliens to get their crap together and quit slicing you up!

I have no idea... I'm just trying to shead some light on the situation. Because I would be freaked out if I thought I was being abducted. Bed bugs are a big issue right now. But that looks more like a rash. You seem to have scaring. Best of luck.

Thanks I will need that luck xD.
I'm scared as hell, I really hope there's another normal explanation for this.
Hopefully someone finds it :p.

Ever had a history of sleep walking?

I have a friend who would get bruises/cuts on her body but had no clue how she got them. Until one night I watched her walk half naked outside and wonder the yard while sound asleep. It was rather entertaining but scary at the same time. So anyway we found the source of her cuts.

If those lines are raised on your back then they're not stretch marks,

Well actually yeah I have a history of sleep walking

I used to do that a few years ago alot. My mom always heard me walking down the stairs
in the middle of the night, so she asked what I was doing. And I never replied.
Normally I just went downstairs, turned on all the lights and then I put myself in the couch lol.
I never went outside though (not that we know of).
And according to my mom I stopped sleep walking about 2 years ago.
But is it possible to get 5 of those same scars all over your back?
Almost with the same length and width because of sleep walking?

Huh, you're an oddity

My son grew really fast for about 3 years, I had him taking extra omega 3 oils for joint pain from growing tall so fast.
The skin should have enough elasticity, maybe you're missing some essential oils/fats from your diet?

I've had similar marks on my back and sides, but mine were from backing up the lawn tractor too close to sharp branches. The marks healed up though, after a couple of months. I certainly noticed when I did it, it really hurt, I had to check for blood.
Marks like that are a mystery, if you didn't feel them when they happened.

*** sleepwalking makes sense, it means you're already a deep deep sleeper, so you probably wouldn't have woken up if you backed into the edge of something sharp

It's quite possible, depending on what you got into if you sleep walked.

Maybe you took off and found you a Dominatrix.
