MOUNT ST. HELENS NATIONAL VOLCANIC MONUMENT (Reuters) - Mount St. Helens spewed steam and gray ash from a small explosive eruption in its crater on Friday, as the volcano in Washington state awoke from its slumber for the first time in nearly two decades.

I just thought this was funny so I decided to post this picture here. Giant flies take over Mount St. Helens!

Well, as the page you linked to states in the middle paragraph:

Webmaster Update - October 18, 2004 at 8:16 am PDT - There is no need to contact us about the current image. The VolcanoCam is operating just fine. Typical autumn weather has arrived in the Pacific Northwest. You can expect ground fog, rain and/or clouds to obsure the VolcanoCam view of Mount St. Helens.

all i get when i go to the web cam is a fuzzy photo like when you go on a tv channel that dosnt excist.
is it just my comp?????

Probably night time, hence the fuzzy black screen. Or, a fuzzy grey screen is usually ground fog, which is quite common.
I'm in the UK so need to take time zones into account too

I have managed to save some great screen shots over the last couple of weeks when there has been a bit of activity.
