UFO sightings reported in New Hampshire + NASA recovery ships?

I've been reading in the news lately about multiple UFO sightings in NH but really haven't made anything of them. But -- here's where it gets a bit weird -- a friend has told me that there are two "white ships" docked in Portsmouth, NH with "NASA" written on them. He said one of them was called "Freedom Something". He was on his mobile and wanted me to look it up as it was unusual to see. As far as I can tell, this would probably be the "Freedom Star", a NASA recovery ship.

Why on earth are there NASA ships docked in Portsmouth? Exercises?

Although N.H. is well known for UFO sightings esp in the mountains and lakes ...

It does have a naval ship yard in Portsmouth ... checking ...

Recall that the last Falcon-9/Dragon launch sparked a spiral-UFO sighting in eastern Australia, that many folks still refuse to accept the prosaic explanation for. It all depends on time-of-launch and post-orbital-insertion booster venting.
