The iconic writer scolds the superrich (including himself—and Mitt Romney) for not giving back, and warns of a Kingsian apocalyptic scenario if inequality is not addressed in America.

Tired of hearing about it, they said. Tough s#%t for you guys, because I’m not tired of talking about it. I’ve known rich people, and why not, since I’m one of them? The majority would rather douse their d!%#s with lighter fluid, strike a match, and dance around singing “Disco Inferno” than pay one more cent in taxes to Uncle Sugar.

Read the full article, it's great.

Stehen King: Tax me, for F@%&'s Sake!

I don't know what more to say, he pretty much says it all. I can say that I absolutely love Stephen King.

Anyone who wants to make a donation to the Treasury is fine with me. Put your money where your mouth is, Stevie.

Let me quote Margaret Thatcher: "The problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money."

Awesome, thanks for the link. All hail the King, baby!

This reminds me: I still need to pick up that new Dark Tower book he just dropped.

Um... that quote could just as easily be said about any society that is maintained by taxes. Let me try: "The problem with predatory capitalism is that eventually you run out of poor people's money".

See?

Also, if you read his actual article, you would see that he addressed why "just write a check" doesn't work or solve our problems.
