OWS has lost the element of surprise as the banking cartels are working together with police to shut OWS down before it builds the steam it had last fall.

The world’s biggest banks are working with one another and police to gather intelligence as protesters try to rejuvenate the Occupy Wall Street movement with May demonstrations, industry security consultants aid.

Banks are preparing for Occupy demonstrations at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization's Chicago summit on May 20 and 21 by sharing information from video surveillance, robots and officers in buildings, giving "a real-time, 360-degree" view, said McNary, who works on the project.

Banks cooperating on surveillance are like elk fending off wolves in Yellowstone National Park, he said. While other animals try in vain to sprint away alone, elk survive attacks by forming a ring together, he said.

Planning for Tuesday in New York began in January in a fourth-floor work space at 16 Beaver St., about two blocks from Wall Street, according to Holmes. The date serves as an international labor day, commemorating a deadly 1886 clash between police and workers in Chicago's Haymarket Square.

OWS will move forward with its plans as will the bankers and local LE. This makes for a very volatile situation with both sides preparing in advance for what the other will bring. Couple these actions with the obvious false flag potential surrounding the NATO summit in Chicago currently being prepared for by TPTB and you have the perfect storm; seems like a recipe for disaster if you ask me….

What say you?

Well, I don’t think they’re breaking any law if they are preparing for civil unrest. Hell, I’m preparing for civil unrest!!

OWS would lose credibility if they simply tried to use the corrupt legal system to further their agenda. Why would OWS attempt to use the very system that’s shutting them down? Besides, do you really think those charges would be successful? Don't you think that money would be better spent elsewhere?

Bankers have a vested interest in stirring the pot over Occupy and Chicago. If they can make them look bad, they have done a good day's work in their point of view.

I still don't understand why Occupy Wall Street is protesting NATO, and what they intend to accomplish as a movement goal with this.

NATO has become one of the enforcement arms of the international baks under the European Union.... all of the countries belonging to the European Union have given up their sovereignty and must abide by a non-elected organization.

If you haven't noticed it has been NATO forces going into and supporting the "Arab Astroturfed Spring"

Of course they do; if you buy into the 1% vs 99% thing then absolutely. I think the plot is a bit thicker than that but……

I still don't understand why Occupy Wall Street is protesting NATO, and what they intend to accomplish as a movement goal with this.

If you think about the master plan of TPTB (collapse of the global financial system) and you look into the groups funding OWS (many of whom support Obama) then it clearly seems like OWS is a pawn in the game. I believe OWS is being played and the level of resolve these folks have may prove to be exactly what TPTB want; massive civil unrest and a damn good excuse to institute martial law.

We’ll see how it shakes out…

Absolutely!!

And if you look into the whole green movement and the move toward totalitarianism initiated by Clinton, Bush Sr, Bush II and now Obama (Agenda 21, Patriot Act, NDAA, etc) you’ll see that the UN will soon be running the streets here in America. My fear is that OWS is going to be crushed and used as a patsy for the blue hats to move in.

If I’m correct then we’re only weeks away from the start of this move. Time will tell…

What on Earth do we need Martial Law for?
1st Amendment...eroded. Free Speech zones, Frozen Zones, Permits required. Free Speech in a National Security Event? Felony. HR347
2nd Amendment...eroded. I don't need to explain that one to you.
4th Amendment...eroded. Stop and Frisk. TSA, TSA road side, bus and train checks.
5th Amendment...eroded. NDAA
6th Amendment...eroded. NDAA
8th Amendment...eroded. NDAA, Patriot Act, ask Bradley Manning how years of solitary confinement are feeling.
10th Amendment...eroded. The Federal Reserve.

Our police are militarized and we're already caged essentially with all fancy can and can't do lists. The laws can change on the fly so why bother waking up the rest of America by imposing Martial Law, when we essentially have it already?

You obviously don’t understand the reality of Martial Law or the resulting collapse that will follow.

We do have totalitarian rule already on a small scale…and the TP and OWS are the only one’s actively opposing it. The problem is…and you know this…OWS doesn’t have the numbers to fix it! You’ll see AGAIN this month!

I want change as much as the next guy/gal but the numbers aren’t there! Nothing GOOD will come of MAY DAY or the OWS SPRING or anything else. The FEW are being played to F@$% the many! That’s why they need it!

I understand what Martial Law is just fine, I just don't let it scare me into silence because then we've lost already haven't we?
I'm very scared of what could happen tomorrow and more so at the NATO summit. But to silence this movement they are going to have to show their hand and how far they're willing to go to stop it. That won't work in their favor.

ETA it may hurt Occupiers physically, like hell but they will stand up to it anyway. We're backed into a corner what did they expect for us to stay on our knees?

Sheesh, the right wing media must be having quite a gab fest about Occupy today, this is like the 7th thread that popped up today haha.

HAHAHA…I quoted the source. If the San Francisco Chronicle is “RIGHT WONG MEDIA” then I’d hate to see your definition of LIBERAL, Kali!! Nice try!

Speaking of media in relation to the OP and my last post, isn't it funny how the corporate media always wages a war of words on those the government seeks to repress, regardless of the issue or which side it falls on? Always making it okay to erode our freedoms to get those "guys". How sad that we fall for it over and over.

They are feeding us a narrative…the comical aspect is your failure to see that OWS is the tool to bring about total repression!

No it's your failure in your acceptance of it.

One-liners are against T&C…especially for SILVER contributors!

I accept OWS…I REJECT their/your ability to recognize that you’re playing TPTB's song!

Look, I can’t expect more from this group…really…OWS is OWS…I’m merely appealing to critical thinkers who are unaware of the BIG picture.

You're a gun guy, you should get this! Whatever their agenda is, it's going to play out whether we are mealy mouthed or whether we're smashing every window in sight. We chose to not lay down and take it. I think you gun guys always say something like "From my cold dead hands"? We won't be violent but we won't get out of the way of their authoritarian agenda, so I say...They will only take my liberty from my cold dead hands.
