I think the speech is a bit generalizing when it comes to "Europe", but I agree on the part where he (Poilievre) lists the basic rules of success: work hard, pay your bills and spend only what you have...
Sounds a little German to me, which is in Europe of course... and a social state.
Nonetheless, informative speech.
