No those institutions are all oligopolies. Regulated capitalism creates oligarchies, thus allowing corporations to keep each other in check. Every
industry is controlled by a few giant corporations; no industry is controlled by one. For an industry to be monopolized, one company would have to
dominate it and snuff competition through price manipulation and various other unethical methods.
In the same way, our government is broken up into 3 branches: the Judicial, Congress, and Executive. They are SUPPOSED to prevent one branch from
having overbearing influence and power, but as of late they have all been bought by corporations. Still, however, our gov't is an oligarchy.
