I just don't understand them. The biggest thing that confuses me about them is I don't understand how women can wear them.

It just seems to me that high heels are perhaps the most tortuous shoes to wear for women.

For those tight strapless shirts, if you can call them a shirt for they're mostly a tube more than a shirt, I don't understand how women can wear these shirts because it seems to me they would come down a lot revealing a woman's bear chest. So I really don't understand how these things do stay on without them constantly falling down.

So what say you women? Why do you wear these things and do you like wearing these things and how do you keep strapless shirts from coming down?

High heels are hot.

If you see a woman with a bear chest, she's not a woman.

Would you rather a woman wear a Burqa? Some things are better left alone. Geez...

Unfortunately women think it's necessary to sexualize themselves for attention.
A real man sees modesty and self respect as a great quality.

Why would anyone complain about high heels and tube tops??

With the heels, I go for a low heel, for two reasons, one because I like to be able to walk, and two because I can't walk in them if they are too high (yep, I don't get why I wrote it like that either ).

Mostly I wear flats though, like cons, flip flops, little elfin boots.

But I still like my heels, especially when I go out, because you know what......I get noticed, not because they make my 5ft 3 frame a little taller, but the legs ! You won't believe the number of compliments I get about how fantastic they look

I didn't quite get strapless shirt at first (in the UK we call it a boob tube), and I am sorry to have missed the original title typo, but I only wear this kind of top in the summer, on a warm day, when I know I am going to be catching some rays, allowise I end up with strap marks, which although not a problem (I have spent many a year sporting them), it only dawned on me last year, when I wanted to wear a strapless dress, that I had these marks, and they were not a good look, so I had to fake it, which wasn't pleasant (I'm no good with fake tan).

However, yes these tops are a pain, and present their own problems, whenever I wear one I am constantly pulling that bad boy up into place, which is why I only ever wear it when I'm casch. definitely not one to wear for a night out, allowise there would be nothing left to the imagination.

I like wearing heels but don't do it very often..I'm just under 6ft tall and when I wear heels I feel like an Amazon woman..

I don't wear tube/strapless stuff because the shirts are uncomfortable and I have to constantly pull them up...it's annoying..but they do make skin tape to keep those things in place.

Who is complaining here?
I love summertime because it brings out the short-shorts and low cut tops!
And bikini's!

Keep wearin' those high heels and halter tops, women....I know I appreciate the effort!
If you got it, flaunt it...

If a woman wants to dress provocatively, so be it.
Just don't get upset when guys stare...

We ALL know why they dress like that.
And then they get mad when they get the attention they crave.

But I must clarify, I appreciate a woman with intelligence and looks.
Over a woman with fake looks and crappy attire. (a tube top is trashy)

I spent over 20 years in high heels and I have the back to prove it. I hate them
now and wouldn't be caught dead in a pair, even if they were comfortable...which
they are not. And quite frankly, after going thru what I have because of them,
they don't look sexy anymore. They look ridiculous. When I see women
in high heels now I think she looks (like I did) downright stupid walking around
on a pair of stilts. And for what? So she can get a little attention from the opposite
sex? It ain't worth it ladies.

High heels destroyed my back and oh, did I mention my feet as well? The joints
on my feet connecting to my big toe are now deformed and permanently swollen.
I can't walk more than a mile or so even in a good pair of walking shoes without
being in a lot of pain and having my feet swell up.

I knew a stewardess whose toes (after spending 25 years in heels) started to
curl in and it eventually made it impossible for her to walk. She had to have her feet/toes
broken and spent 4 months in a cast (for each foot) to try to get them to heal normally
so she could walk again.

No longer will I let vanity rule over common sense. High heels are ugly as hell.
And stupid too. I'll decide for myself what I look good in. Not some fashion
magazine or some guy who wouldn't be caught dead wearing them himself.

If there is a conspiracy against women it would definitely include high heels.

What about dressing to suit themselves ?

And you know what, if a woman feels more confident like that, and feels people are more attentive to them, who is anyone to complain.....

It's cheaper than a cosmetic surgery addiction

Disclaimer: there is a right way, and a wrong way to dress, with too much on display, you can look cheap, and tacky, especially if you are not playing up the right assests, but if you've got it flaunt it ! Just make sure you don't play those assests all up at once

Ever heard the term "fashion victim" ? That pretty much sums up how I feel about high heels. Tube tops = not enough support looks hot when your 20 but keep it up and you end up looking all National Geographic when your 40. Women aren't just for looking at. I wear what makes me feel comfortable and save the skimpy stuff for the bedroom. If a man is attracted to you for your looks alone chances are he will trade you in for a newer model when yours start to go.

Besides no telling when I might need to run from the cops.

I wear high heels because I am 5'3 and it makes a helluva easier time if I am out in a crowd.
They are unbearably painful if they are "cheap"
This is why girls have so many pairs... they like the appearance but will only wear them once in a blue moon because they are agony.

I like fashion, and I have been obviously conditioned to like them since an early age, so I just do..
Shoes in general, I believe, are a conspiracy in themselves..
Many physical problems are the result of us smooshing our feets into little cases of leather.
Toes should be sprawled out.

Why put myself through it?
Well... I just like dressing up.

And honestly, gym shoes hurt more.

Tube tops?
I don't wear em..
But double stick tape does wonders.
Also, most strapless bras have a rubbery part around the edges to keep it up.

Sometimes I do wear midriff bearing tops..
Again, a fashion thing, but I do keep myself healthy and trim, so I am not self conscious about wearing them.
Not even a provocative thing, vintage is "in".. so looking you stepped out of 1992 is trendy.
I find it amusing, and I have fun being creative.

Then again, I am not normal, so I can't speak for all ladies.
