This was the most unbelievable and worst interviews i have seen let alone where he says Democracy is the best system in the world?

And yes you heard it Lama says he loves GW Bush and even claims his a nice person.

What make you ATS make of it? the fact Lama is praising GW Bush?

I believe everyone deserves love, whether they are of the light or not! The ones not of the light(Bush) need even more love so they can see the light!

The Dalai Lama is an obnoxious old attention seeking loudmouth. If you read about the Tibet situation you will see that most of the Tibet people are moochers that live off handouts. They do nothing but complain. They need to understand that they are a part of China and have been for a very long time.

The world needs to ignore this old attention seeker. Tibet is a part of China.

Its only en-vougue to 'free Tibet' because of celebrities like The Beastie Boys.

Tibet is part of China. They need to get with the program.

But many of the villages that straddle the mountains are inhabited by Han Chinese — the dominant ethnic group in China. Inside the houses, lights are on, as people eat, watch TV and talk. We ask what they’re hearing. They tell us they have little time for the Tibetans. They call them lazy and accuse them of living off government handouts. One woman claims the Han Chinese are being targeted by violent Tibetan gangs. Local media reports say more than a dozen people have already been killed.

I hope that people take it as this:

He loses all credibility with anyone who would think him wise. If you think anything he says has any worth after this, then I guess you'd follow just about anything he says.

This is why politics and religion should allways be kept seperate. Is it just me or did alot of smart people think this also?
i gained respect for the dali lama after reading "The Art of Happiness". It was even written by a Westerner about him and recommend it to you.

The Dalai Lama has always been nuts. It's also well documented that he's on the CIA pay roll(google it).

I don't have much time for the man. Give me an interview with Thich Nhat Hanh and I might listen. Then again, I really really really hate Piers, so I probably still wouldn't
