Goku (DragonBall Z) vs. Neo (The Matrix)

this is a spinoff of the recent Hulk vs Superman thread, since I don't know enough about those characters to determine a winner, I decided to create this thread about two very powerful characters of more recent times.

Goku - many extraordinary abilities, like incredible superhuman strength durability.
possesses super light speed, swift reflexes, and can perform energy blasts. mind reader and mimicry, able to copy others' techniques after seeing them performed once.

Neo - telekinesis, capable of manipulating any object in the Matrix through will alone, he can fly at amazing speeds and jump great distances. superhuman strength and agility, invulnerable to many attacks.
reflexes are great enough to dodge bullets. heightened awareness of the simulated nature of the Matrix, enabling him to easily detect

annnnnnd go.

2 questions:
is goku in the matrix?
are we in the matrix?

Can Neo blow up entire planets?
No.

Goku: 1
Neo: 0

Pointless discussion, Neo would have it hands down. Since he can reprogram the matrix and everyone including Goku are in the matrix, the outcome is obvious.

Goku always wins, no matter how impossible it may seem.

they are in a combined simulated reality.
full use of powers, anything goes.

Goku can instantaneously transmit anywhere, but in a way, so could Neo.

Goku can acheive Super Saiyan 4, max power.
he is a member of the royal Saiyan lineage, an extraterrestrial race of warriors

Neo can manipulate the matrix portion of the reality, but Goku can learn to do that as well as the fight progresses.

I still stick with Neo and the reprogram. In simulated environment, anything can be change to his liking. Its Linux! Its OpenSourced (whoops)

If that still doesnt work, Goku died, Neo still did not, plus he got gf in skintight leather..

LOL Goku can order Shenron to get whatever he wants.
He can:-
DO instant transmission
Blow up the entire universe in ssj4
