Kerry's 1997 Iraq Speech (Clinton Administration)

The point of this speech is that under Clinton, Kerry called
for unilateral invasion of Iraq. Under Bush, he says the war
was totally wrong.

He wasn't against going to war in Iraq. Just like many Americans, he is now looking at the big picture.
