Don't know if the show is reading this...I'm in the South...we are getting Ramps...kinda like a wild onion..so damn good. We served up local ramp recipe goodies to sample at the Farmer's Market last week....

Bet TheRedNeck has had Ramps....YUMMY...

For those of you who are interested in developing a perennial area in your garden, here is a list of perennial herbs:

Will do...I'll write some down, and u2u you, and post them in the Survival Forum in my ongoing thread.

Last week we served ramp and potato casserole with cheese and crumbled cornbread topping. Fried ramps, and ramp cornbread. Also a potato ramp smoked pork soup. I love them sauteed with bacon drippings.

I'll get it done tomorrow....
