Need some help with solar plasma density.

Hi I am looking for some help with plasma density. After a comet hit the sun and triggered a cme on the 23rd I have been tracking activity for personal interest.

Here is the image that predicts the impact and spike in plasma density.




So i have been expecting an increase in the plasma density but the realtime graph seems to show the opposite.




What have I missed or misunderstood as the density plot has disappeared completely.
