The Greys are working in secret with the government. Never will they show up because it would break the Edwards Agreement.

And, finally, the Federation made it clear that they will never interfere with our evolution, because then we would stop trying to evolve and we will just keep asking for their help.
If none of those ET sent the message, then only one option remain: government tactic.

Probably the easiest solution regarding the propositions I outlined would be to pick some vacant planet similar to Earth, somewhere in the universe, which doesn't even have to be in this galaxy, and allow anyone interested in slipping the leash of controlling influences met out by the elite here on this planet the opportunity to stake out a new living on this new planet free from the tyranny and oppression currently in force planet wide.

If you like the name Druscilladonia, though leading a country or planet would likely be way more work that I would ever want, if given the choice to immigrate to a new planet for the next chapter in developing a better more socially, environmentally, and morally aware humanity, I'd certainly do so and be honored to have the place named Druscilladonia, even though it's (admittedly) a difficult name.
As far as leadership goes, no current structure we have fits what's needed, as the entire concept of leadership is flawed in the respects that those having leadership roles typically get corrupted by those very roles then enacting means to secure further perks, wealth, and power.

Thus, if I were 'leader',it wouldn't be in any sense that we currently associate with the term.
If anything, leadership should really be a punishment and chance at redemption where the 'leader' shoulders blame and consequence for everything wrong with the nation such that they curry punishments or restrictions until such problems are resolved.
If the nation suffers, so also should its leadership.
It should be a tough job that doesn't have many perks other than some small enticing trifle or boon for actually completing a term in office without quitting, like getting a fancy statue in a park somewhere or a personal saucer craft plus training to use it so they could then, after completing their term find another planet all their own, visit Earth, go live with aliens, or just tour the universe for the rest of their days.
Eh.
In such a way, they'd have enticement to get out of the lives of the people and go elsewhere so they're not left hanging around trying to influence politics like so many politicians do here.

Anyway, yeah, I'm a flood of ideas, but, since I doubt any Benevolent alien culture is ever going to pop up, and at no time soon will anyone be giving me my own nation or planet to rule, it's all the stuff of fantasy.

I messaged the MoD last night but was a bit drunk and the message was pretty garbled. I'm also registered at GCHQ using the same e-mail address. (so I could look around the site.)

It's nothing major, just want to talk about a few things if that's ok, (or even just ask one or two questions if you're short on time, your choice.) and I obviously don't want to be hassling the MoD. (would be kind of foolish....) I know you probably wouldn't normally do this, but it's worth a shot, and I'll keep any correspondance to myself. (as in I won't copy paste any messages, etc, or reveal your name/e-mail address.) And anyone thinking of impersonating intel staff : a) I'll probably suss you out b) you might find yourself in trouble with real agents if you're doing that type of thing.

I think the Alien culture will pop up eventually, but maybe it'll take a while yet. I keep hoping this year was meant to be the one, but as the days pass it's obviously looking less likely. Am going to try and remain optimistic though.
