Just because you get put in the office of president doesn't mean you aren't a loser......remember what all you guys said about Bush?? Please.

The color of his skin and his radical affiliations got him into Harvard those same things got him into the presidency....white guilt and communist, marxist, socialists parading as progressives and the law never mattered to any of them. A man who blew up the pentagon helped him get where he is...Obama was and is used and he goes along with it...that is what makes him a loser.

The job doesn't make the man, his actions do.

Please read the thread!! I indicated earlier that NBC did not violate any laws because the FCC changed the equal time guidelines back in November of 2011. A Fact that I and Breitbart missed. The FCC declared such programs like Fallon and specifically Anderson Cooper and Entertainment tonight to be bona fide news interview programs and thus now exempt from the former Equal Time law.

Here we go one more time. Hope I don't have to repeat it again

The FCC issued a declaratory ruling this week finding that Anderson Cooper’s new talk show appeared to be a bona fide news interview program exempt from equal opportunities under the FCC’s political broadcasting rules interpreting the mandate of Section 315 of the Communications Act. This ruling is another in a series of rulings by the FCC making clear that virtually any interview-type program on which a candidate appears, that is not administered in a partisan fashion and which is regularly scheduled and regularly conducts interviews with newsmakers or discusses political issues, is exempt from equal time. The FCC has, in the past, issued such rulings for programs as diverse as the Phil Donahue program, Geraldo, Howard Stern, Entertainment Tonight, Today and a variety of other programs. As we have written before, these decisions stem from the FCC’s belief that people no longer get their news from the stereotypical Sunday morning news interview program, but instead they find news of interest in programs that might otherwise be considered entertainment or even comedy, but which regularly touch on political topics. As long as these programs are not administered so as to be a mouthpiece for a party or candidate, but instead pick their guest based on some form of journalistic discretion (“journalistic” being a very broad term – one that covers any sort of reasonable judgment as to newsworthiness or topicality), the fact that the program talks to one candidate for a public office does not require a station carrying the program to give equal time to all other candidates for that same office.

At one time, these rulings regularly were issued by the FCC, but they are less frequent now, as the FCC has clearly established the precedent and shown its very liberal interpretation of the bona fide news interview program exemption from equal opportunities. Stations do not need to get a declaratory ruling to operate pursuant to this exemption. Any program that your station produces that is under the control of the station, and which regularly interviews newsmakers and covers political topics, can rely on this exception. So that crazy morning team that occasionally talks to the mayor or the local state Senator can interview political candidates without the fear of having to provide every minor party or write-in candidate an opportunity to be heard. A free speech victory.

Pretty Convenient change to the rules prior to a campaign season. The MSM slobbering over Obama can now continue unchecked. Let the softball interviews prevail. Side Note: Obama has I believe only done two interviews on Fox News and couldn't handle the heat. Can't wait to see if he is willing to reappear again before November. Won't hold my breath... He can't handle serious unrehearsed questions...

Just because you get put in the office of president doesn't mean you aren't a loser......remember what all you guys said about Bush?? Please.

Actually it means just that.
Bush was an idiot, he was arguably lead by evil (wasn't evil himself, too dumb to be evil..but was certainly taking up the charge of others whom influenced him into evil acts with good intentions), He was a total tool.
But certainly not a loser. You can't be a loser and attain the highest level of office in the land. If he was a loser, he would not have had the ability to achieve office.

An idiot is subjective. Anyone with a lower IQ than myself = an idiot if I want to choose that as the watermark, but in reality he is simply an average person. My issue with him, which makes him an idiot imo, is that he didn't choose the best and brightest non-partisan people to advise him and embraced the bubble he was put in verses constantly try to peek out of it and see what is truely going on.

Some call this attribute conservatism, I call it being purposefully short sighted.

The color of his skin and his radical affiliations got him into Harvard

Yes, because he never had any academic goals.
Hell, he was illiterate when he applied.
-sighs-

those same things got him into the presidency....white guilt and communist, marxist, socialists parading as progressives and the law never mattered to any of them.

what an idiotic, brainwashed dittohead statement right there. I wonder how much you personally honestly believe from that which you just typed. I don't expect you to be honest here mind you, but I am wondering if living in your shoes means constantly trying to silence that voice of reason in the back of your head. Must be quite exhausting.

A man who blew up the pentagon helped him get where he is...Obama was and is used and he goes along with it...that is what makes him a loser.

man...who blew up the..huh?
wait, who are we even talking about?

oh jesus, are you bringing up Aires?

You know, for all the anti-government retoric stuff you neocons spout, I am actually surprised your not cheering on actions against the government.
Guess he voted the wrong way to go from hero to villian.

Are you the same person that was cheering the legacy of Tim McVeigh, the domestic terrorist that actually killed people in the OK city bombing? Be surprised how many neo-con fruit loops thinks he is some sort of milita hero for sticking it to the dems.

The job doesn't make the man, his actions do.

Agreed with that.
So, thoughts on Reagen then, whom was comparatively more liberal than Obama..

That is quite sad really.
But that might be in response that most news has stopped being news anyhow and more entertainment. hard to find the difference.

What gets me is when a politician gets on the news, says something, and there is not a unanimous voice of fact checking right then and there when its said.

Now it appears that things like rush limbaugh and jon stewart are more news reporter than the news is...granted, one is a blusterbomb and the other a comedian, but people become more aware through those mediums than the news in general whom cares more about trivial cases and ignores the takeover (by both sides) of america.

oh, and bravo for trying to correct the mistake verses ignore it. Most people would ignore the fact checking if it went against their opinion.

But your statement was that 'no one is saying he broke the law', even thought the title you chose to use clearly states exactly that.

No the the title does not state that Obama broke the law, it states his "Appearance Violated Campaign Law" .

The title did not say he,or the company was at fault, but only that the "Campaign Law" was violated by his appearance.

I would not support someone like Mcvieh...don't accuse me of evil.

I know how he got in office because of everyone who cried racism if we didn't vote for him....I disagree with his policies and the criminals he surrounds himself with...and idiot and loser are a matter of semantics...same thing.

My opinion, which is allowed by free speech in this once great nation is that he fits under both of these categories.
