I guess one could go vegetarian and reduce the demand for cows but every time I've tried, I tend to suffer gas. I am afraid to eat the fish these days. I can take only so much chicken, and they fart, too.

Really? Warm water makes cold water warmer than the original warm water? I've never had that happen in my bathtub. Interesting science you're using.

By the way, any climate change that is occurring is caused by the SUN.

warm currents below the cooler water yes pull the cold water which effects weather patterns like elnina / el nino which can then cause the ocean cool water to warm up which melts methan frozen in oceans and ice caped areas. As the ice caped areas melt the the water cools down the currents which then offsets the weather into cold or ice age. Now break those original currents and the weather WILL change in effected current modified areas. Also yes SOL is effecting as well as its heat rays are being trapped and reflected from the green house gases & radiation particals. I am not trying to make you look bad I was adding.

You know what, with all the ways man screws up we may accidentally do something that fixes our atmosphere. It may be that we somehow set off the madrid fault with all the fracking which causes a new crystal formation to form and the oozing rock from the fissures creates a fix for the earth's magnetosphere. Man's mistakes sometimes cause the earth to repair itself. Man is part of nature and maybe his creating viruses and bacteria that we can't fight is good after all. A tornado can blow apart the lab and disperse these things that hurt humans only. All but a hundred men and women die and the earth can renew itself. This last choice is probably what mother nature should choose. I'll See you all in Helsinki.

Changing climate isnt a threat to the planet its only a threat to us humans. Specifically, poor humans who cant afford to either move or adapt.

The presence of enormous amounts of methane stored in permafrost thats now thawing isn't new, its just not widely publicised. When it releases and it looks like its starting too the effect will be large.

Why is permafrost melting in the first place releasing methane stored for millenia? Thats the question. If its part of a natural cycle then the money being spent on preventing human climate effect would be better spent on hardening infrastructure against change thats inevitable anyway.

Yes all the planets have been warming up. The sun is not the cause, but will just add to that with all the cme's and other stuff the sun like to throw at us.

There are huge deposits of clathrate ice (frozen methane) on the seabed under the arctic ice. Also, there's a huge natural gas (methane) leak near England right now - blanketing that area to prevent thermal radiation of the sort that normall exists in that area - so no wonder the arctic ocean area is leaking methane... and yea it could be the feared global tipping point.

But again CO2 extortion would be a means to depopulation, not toward fixing the REAL... BIG PROBLEM - of massive pollution during drilling.

Yes the mayans, solar flares, planet x, global warming, elenin, second coming!!!! people believe every doom and gloom fearmonger garbage they hear. People once believed the gods were going to kill them because of the way they lived and now people believe cows will kill them because they fart. How dumb can humans get. Everyday of every year is prophesied for doom and when one doesnt happen another pops up to replace it. people and animals are great filters. I wonder how much methane dinosaurs produced a day.
