A hopeful would be moon colonist

Um hi. this isnt something i usually do. i mean ive never shared my theories withother people but here goes. I'm a guy from australia that hopes one day my nation will have a space program like america. but be more open and honest with what my people discover out there because you can obviously tell that america, for a free nation doesn't freely share information with its people. no offense to america. you guys invented the web so you're aces in my books.

I'm here to sift through the rumors and lies to find the truth of what really is out there. and solve one of the greatest misteries known to man. are we alone? thats why i plan to work on the squaare kilometer array if australia is chosen as the site.

If anybody knows any real astronauts i could talk to then please let me know because i would love to hear their stories.

My ultimate goal is to live on the moon and then move to mars if possible

Welcome to ATS> I can't say I know any astronauts personally but I share your sentiments about moon base Well, personally I'd rather be a solitary asteroid miner but close enough.

No idea but I expect it will be used to make a few people and corps very rich like just about every other invention made so far while not benefitting the people of the planet too much.

I'm thankfull for people like you who would be willing to put themselves at such risk. As exciting as such an idea sounds, I could never ever volunteer for something like that.

At least not until many brave people like yourself went before me to test the waters. Think about the first space flight, they had to have had huge cajones.

Here's a few thoughts before getting onto any one of the 1000's of topical rides at Above Top Secret, also known as ATS, the world's largest Civil & Unique Discussion Community.

*** Please be at least this tall to get on any of the rides, (Johnny stretches his arm outward), and act like an 'civil' adult. This will save you a lot of future stress, frustration and possible action by one of your friendly neighborhood Mods!

*** Please remember that some members are very passionate and vocal depending on what ride you're on. Before getting on a ride, you should be mentally fit, emotionally stable and have a strong stomach for theories, conjecture, research and evidence presented that may be contrary to your own.

*** Please be "open-minded" enough to understand that sometimes the ride isn't always what you might think or expect. At times, you may learn something new and 'out-of-the-box' before you get off the ride, this is a natural and normal phenomena.

*** Please note that at times the ride gets overly-heated and "it's strongly suggested" to get off the ride to regroup one's thoughts before continuing. This will also help guarantee that the ride will move forward without getting derailed or explode into a fiery trashbin.

*** Please have fun! Be aware if you act in an uncivil-like manner, use profanity, troll, intentionally spread a hoax and/or get verbally abusive, you will be removed off the ride by a Moderator. This is for your safety, & also for those both young and old on the ride with you.
