2nd question: Is Romney going to solve all our problems?

You create dozens of anti-Obama threads, is there a candidate you support, or something you feel the people should do to fix the mess we're in? Or is it just going to be the same thread day after day, week after week?

It's called "reporting". Perhaps it seems so alien to you because it is not something you see very often in the US anymore.

Maybe you can explain what the OP's choice in Presidential Candidates has to do with the fact that another Government Official is claiming the current Administration is corrupt? Unless the OP made this whole thing up... your comments are completely irrelevant.

Social Security is broke?

That's not what Bernie Sanders was saying.

Then again, WHO is telling the truth about social security?

Well apparently the OP needs to post even MORE threads regarding this corrupt criminal element that is currently holding power in the highest ranks of the government (usurped power at that) because apparently YOU still do not get it
It completely amazes me how to this day some folks will rush to defend this criminal in chief. Please do tell....how is that "hope and change" working out for you? Perhaps you got everything this usurper promised in his election promises yea?

Pfft

Agree. What kills me....ESPECIALLY being someone who is a member of ATS no doubt still does not get it and replies with "Well apparently Mittens Romney will do.....blah blah blah" instead of realizing that the correct answer is that in addition to this corrupt criminal government at the highest levels, the RIGHT ONLY OFFERS UP MORE OF THE SAME!!

People IT IS NOT ABOUT LEFT THIS, RIGHT THAT SO WAKE THE HELL UP ALREADY!! You all are the clueless fools who will condemn this country even further if you do not wake the hell up and realize what is/has been taking place all these years! How is it so hard for people to understand this!!??!

You have to remember that on top of TARP, the FED loaned the same banks 7.7 trillion dollars to keep them afloat, because TARP wasn't enough. What's worse is that they loaned them this money for less than the dollar's worth and with 0% interest.

Of course, it could be argued that Obama had no idea this was happening, but let's be real, banks receive 7.7 trillion dollars and nobody in high government knows it happened? Half of the people in government are tied to big banks, so denying knowledge is not plausible.

Bush was just as corrupt .... Just as blatant....
Himself and Obama have really accelerated the planned take over.

I knew we had been lied to the day obama was signed into office and himself and Bush were walking down the side- walk together. It just hit me sooo hard how bad Obama had lied and that he was just as corrupt and on the same team.

You do know that since Kennedy these Pres. Have been on the same team....right? Wall st and oil and Bilderburg run the US.

...and the fed

The most corrupt form of government, is a government controlled by the opposing party.

The most corrupt government, is one that pretends to have opposing views, but always makes deals with the other side, to the Detriment of everyone but them.

And the folks who see that it is better than nothing, fall into supporting this hilarious scam.

So, where is the media? We went from a media that took the government to task on everything, generating outrage and keeping Republicans under a microscope to nothing but deflection and propaganda. That goes for these forums to. They used to be about 70% anti-Republican/Bush policy, but now it seems most the people here want to help deflect attention from the horrible job Democrats have done since taking power in 2006.

What site have you been visiting? I don't think a day goes by where someone isn't screaming about getting the nazi-socialist-communist-organizer-in-chief out of office or pointing to why he isn't an American or how he has already sold everyone out etc, etc, etc. I was around this site during the Bush days, but I imagine it was the same noise, but with different nouns. When the left is in power, the right cries like a baby, when the right is in power, the left cries like a baby. I agree with many on here that it's the two party system that is broken, and they are right. What we need is more akin to how they vote for parliament, vote party and not person. This would be best because, IMHO, parties would get seats based on voting percentage. So 40 to just under 50 percent of voters would no longer feel as strangers in their own country. Also IMHO, once a person is elected, the politics stops. That elected person represents the entire district, not just the slim majority that may have voted them in, something that most reps nowadays have forgotten.

corrupt is corrupt, there is no "more corrupt" or "less corrupt". You are either bought and paid for, or you aren't, super-simple.

All those who are bought and paid for deserve nothing less than to be tried for treason.

And the rest that are standing, well I do enjoy smaller government.

Whoever you are, you have really missed out on the facts surrounding the previous, 8-year administration that took a budget surplus and a thriving economy and ran both into the ground, leaving a couple of nice gifts to the Obama administration: 1) an economic collapse and, 2) two expensive wars (one of them pretty much didn't have to happen).

So, please, don't insult us by ignoring the past and the context that the current administration began with. Who could have done a better job considering the state our nation was left in when President Obama took office? A LOT of people are pointing fingers and forgetting who set the stage for our current situation. Everything isn't like it used to be, and it's Obama's fault? It sounds like you've forgotten the past and have drunk the proverbial Republican kool-aid.

Note: I consider myself not a Republican nor a Democrat. I simply like the best person, the best ideas, regardless of political (left/right/whatever) affiliation. Our government used to be a cooperative organization, or at least MORE cooperative. Now, things are terribly different. Everyone is *demonizing* opponents to the point of calling others "The Anit-Christ." C'mon folks. We either stand together as Americans or we fall apart as a nation.

When I saw that he was a republican I immediately stopped reading.

This is just more partisan sniping and hyperbole.

from the OP

Issa makes the "most corrupt government in history" comment at around 6:20 in the video.
(he insinuated that it is his opinion, but then again he would know)

An opposing view is mentioned in the article that the Reagan Administration has the dubious honor of being the most corrupt.
(according to opinions in a book)

Did anyone miss that ?

And I think Issa is referring to the Widespread corruption in the entire Obama Administration.

If all that is a carryover from Bush, can you tell me who the people left over from Bush are ?

That might help put all the corruption in perspective.

And I do fail to see the Obama corruption as a connection with Bush's wars and the economic collapse.
Can we find the connections ?

9/11 was an economic disaster too !!

Who dealt with That

I just love how many people try and back up obama. The man, the fraud, the legend. All parties involved are corrupt. thats what government does, it corrupts. The machine keeps grinding down on the people until it can grind no more. The puppets you see are merely there to be scapegoats and yet people fight about who is more corrupt? Obama is evil and he is currently in office therefore I will burn him time and time again. As I will with every president after him. He is a symbol of oppression. He is the poster boy of the puppeteers! He is a lie. Everything is a lie.
