Why not follow him around ATS in an effort to divulge more of his nature? Maybe we should collaborate on a "Harte Expose."

- Against ATS Rules.
- Probably labelled a "personal attack."
- Probably result in points/banning/deletion/whatever.

- I've been there already. Not necessarily here but other, older message sites.

Awe what a shame. I think it would have been a very interesting forum topic to discuss the mysterious nature of some of our members.

Seriously? Pile on Harte because he doesn't drink the water? You can take your chances with the T&C on that one but:
A) We don't work that way on this site, and
B) The motto is Deny Ignorance. You don't accomplish that by attacking someone who is trying to raise the level of discourse.

One can fancify as much as one wants, but it takes a certain kind of detachment to vilify somebody armed with facts.

I thought the motto was Accept Ignorance...Oh, yeah, that was on the Below Top Secret site...

Where is Harte lately? I kinda miss him...

On holiday away from the Vatican vaults or invigilating perhaps. Betting that he will be along shortly with another "Argument from Incredulity" soon.

Wo wo wo, I was not saying to villify anyone! Neither was I talking about piling up on him. I was merely stating there are quite a few members on here who are mysterious in nature, and have some small bit of mystery surrounding them. It would just be interesting to list all these mystery people and also include some theories about them. Since those seem to abound. What was that guys name? Sterod44? Who was believed to be an Area 51 agent, or the serial killer? I don't know their names but there are some interesting, mysterious individuals on here.

Mystery men huh?
Might as well compile a list of everyone here who doesn't post with a pretty picture by their names.

Government guys have better things to do than hangout at places like this. With all they're being paid, they probably feed their fat faces at high-end casinos, buy priceless works of art at auctions, and get off on James Bond quality women. They haven't the time to "leak" anything, and if they did their bones would be turning up somewhere in the Nevada desert. They'd probably do more monitoring of places like these than actually contribute anything to them.

On the other end of the spectrum, the crank inventor loners of "free energy" and "perpetual motion" devices would probably be the first to disappear off the face of the earth after typing anything of value around this place.
Here one day, gone the next. But I do hold out some hope that someone will come along and say, "There's a guy down the road who was digging a pit to bury his dead dog in and...and he found a human skeleton that measures over 10 Feet Long!" It might happen.

I'm more interesting in these oversized dead guys:

Ah I see your point and that is completely true. But this is off topic now... way off topic. Haha. Speaking of which. I shall sue those articles soon because I am planning on putting together a thread on giants again. This time with much more evidence, sources, anecdotes, and more. A well thought out one.

Just means you have to dig deeper. Once you start going to University archives, as I have done, you start getting weird looks and you realise the topic is very very touchy. It's like they all know they existed but are just too uncomfortable with acknowledging it.

I actually have a theory that subconsciously we refuse to accept it due to the massive trauma we suffered as a species while they were here. Like I said, there's a theory that the original Nephilim were space travellers but they up and left so I believe we took up their slack manual-labour-wise but were nowhere near as efficient so the Overlords (Lizards) tried to engineer a species that went psycho and were too destructive.

Hell, Earth could be a human farm......and it's just a matter of time before they come back for the harvest.

Burned into our race memory so deeply that we fear them... That's actually an old SF concept. I think the last time I came across it was in the "Invasion" Star Trek series of novels.

I've been reading about different hominids like the Skoocums www.bermuda-triangle.org... and they appear to be lost offshoots of humanity on their way out. What's interesting is while Bigfoot investigators are always hunting up info on Yeti types, there's actually more information squirreled away in early reports under "wild men" which bear striking resemblances to these hairy giants.

Epic of Gilgamesh had a Giant and a Wild Man.

I didn't know that about the theory. Ahhhh Star Trek and Star Wars. Between them both they've covered almost everything.

I that a real serious question?
I want to know why they arent researching fairies and leprechauns.... I kid.

The Smithsonian is a place of science and history. Giants are not real. There are really tall people who have some kind of hormone issue that make them tall but there was never any race of giants. No one is suppressing it. Giants hasn't been found because it doesnt exist no because some one is hiding the information.

Read around here first, Then make a decision based upon the massive information out there, Gorgi (or is that you, Harte, using a different name?)

Maybe you should look into the countless mass of information regarding a race of Giants before coming to assumptions. I mean race too, not a genetically mutated human. A completely separate race that is gigantic in nature. There is countless evidence pointing to the fact they exist. Look into it a bit.

There is no real information about giants. Its all myth and fair tales. Just like Zeus and all the other gods, Giants are myths made by people who do not know what they are looking at ( a few taller than average people) or they told stories o pass the time and it evolved into "fact".

There is no actual evidence for giants because they never existed.

Go back to page 1 on this thread and read All the messages to the current page. While you're at it, follow the countless offsite links and read those. When you're done with all that, look me in the eye and tell me there are no such things as Giants.

Yeah giants are fake. Just to humor you I went and reread the first few pages and did a little extra research and these giants are fake.
There was a link on the first pages that explains why and how how they dont exist and that it was a hoax.
Please dont be so gullible.
why giants are fake

There was a further link that explains yet more:

How does the square-cube law pertain to size? Well, where it comes into play is that with an increase in size of an animal, there has to be a relatively greater in crease in size of its supporting structures. If we look at the leg bones of a mouse, a human, and an elephant and scale them so the lengths are the same, they might look something like this.

Note that the elephant leg bone is considerably thicker than the humans and the humans is thicker than the mouse. What this means is that a Liliputian could not exist. A human shrunk down to the size of a mouse would have limbs that the human could not move. They would be too heavy. Giants like Paul Bunyan that stand 20 ft. high would also be impossible because their form would have to be so drastically changed in order to accommodate the increase in size that the person would no longer look human. web.archive.org...://www.auburn.edu/academic/classes/zy/0301/Topic4/Topic4.html

But hey...that's disputed by 19th century newspaper report so it must be lies, eh?
