That is fair enough, if you have a closed mind and do not wish to discuss it then ok. I think it is a bit rude to call everybody that doesn't agree with you uneducated though and I find it highly disturbing that somebody that clearly believes they have a superior education to many others to believe this on the back of not being able to understand and debate alternative points of view.

As for Austria, they have a higher debt to GDP ratio than the UK and they have a relatively small economy but big in terms as per capita. Much easier to manage and much less liability and exposure to financial markets. That appears to be the main reason behind your stable economy, plus you could hardly call yourself a socialist country as your government has been busy privatising everything in the last decade.

Sweden is working better than the majority of Europe right now and at least Sweden's debt by % of GDP is still pretty low. Sweden has the option of borrowing their way out of recession unlike most of its European counterparts.

Got news for you. Several countries in Europe are already proudly socialist, such as France.

This is nothing new.

Europe swapped from Socialism to Austerity, and while they would probably like to switch back, it's not likely that they'll be able to afford to without a major hit to the Euro as Governments go further into debt to implement more social programs.

I am sorry you are wrong, France is not a Socialist country

a theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole.

dictionary.reference.com...

the definition of Socialism is often misinterperated.

"Europe About to Shift Focus from Austerity to Socialism"

Does that mean they are going to hold the bankers and leaders to account to make the debt vanish because it can (ask Iceland) because that is what they need to do else nothing will change.

Read my mind and fill in the blanks for what i really thinks we need to do with the cancer that has taken control

As I said, you do not understand what socialism is. You believe socialism is the same as communism.

You can have private business and social policies aimed at the wellfare of all citizens.
