I did a search, and didn't see this had been posted - if it has, mods please feel free to close/delete thread.

On the following link: www.youtube.com... You can watch a video, detailing a new law that has made free speech virtually null - depending on the governments desire.

The new law states that whenever secret service are present, the area will be a free speech free zone, and declare it a felony. That means more than a year in jail.

The implications to this bill is staggering, and should be followed by all responsible Americans.

Our very liberty is in danger by a tyrant who can't even prove he is a citizen of this country.

This is Bill: HR347

I have two words about this law too -

The first word starts with Bull, and the second word I don't like saying. But it starts with an S.

Guess the boo's he received at fenway park really bothered him...

This is ridiculous though, he is actively rewriting the constitution to suit his own desires and getting away with it.

It's in Illuminati's plan to show that Obama is a monster. Altough I a agree that Obama acts like a dictator, I feel he's only a puppet controled by someone much bigger than him.

The thing that annoys me about all of this is the idiocy of the people reporting it, while giving their little partisan digs in too.

Grow up and leave your BS "my party is better than your party" crap at the door. The vast majority of people know all too well that the BUSH administration created the Patriot Act, that allows your federal government to ignore every word in your constitution and act under its own will, without oversight and without control. That one act allowed the special interests to seize the very last facets of power in America, turning it into a completely corporate banker owned nation.

There is a lot that Obama has done too, don't get me wrong.

The guy is just as much a tool for their masters as Bush was.

But the idea that there are STILL idiots out there who think their precious Republican party is so righteous (even as they strip away the rights of the people in Michigan through the illegal passing of laws) fills me with despair.

ALL OF THEM ARE OWNED, IF YOU SUPPORT A PARTY YOU'RE A [snip] IDIOT.

I am honestly independent. I will vote for Republican or Democrat - depending on who I like the best.

But I am not for anyone who wipes their butt with the constitution.

That's right, man.
''freedom of speech deletion'' is not what Obama seeks. It's what the REAL power from behind seeks. The one that has ramification up to the UN.

How about court rulings about free speech in movie theaters? Try yelling 'FIRE'. My point being there are valid reasons.

Well come'on now we can't have any that pesky free speech stuff going on while the king is in the area now can we? Funny how this bill didn't seem to make the news.

He is a puppet and he is a monster. Any good man would scream to the high heavens of the injustice thats taking place in US politics, but no, he sits back and plays the puppet.

Stand up America.

Regardless of who is the puppet - or the puppet masters, it alarms me that people aren't in anymore of an uproar about this.

This has been brought up here before, but I see no reason why it shouldn't be looked at again.HR347 is an updated version of section 1752 title 18 of the United States Code. That restricted areas around the President, Vice President, and anyone protected by the Secret Service. Also, it protected events or areas of national significance. The only real difference is a slight change in wording. In Section 1752 Title 18 the terms knowingly and willfully are used, as opposed to HR 347 which states only knowingly. It would seem all prosecutors need now is to prove you knew the area was restricted to one extent or another. Section 1752 Title 18 HR347 Look at it for yourself and decide.

That's the key though isn't it?

If they want you to be guilty they can find a reason to make it so.

This scares me.

HR 347: One more step towards Neo-Feudalism globalguerrillas.typepad.com...

In feudal times, you could be put to death if you didn't kneel when the carriages of the nobility passed by. This is a step in that direction (although very few people care).
***
This new bill, about to be signed by the President, is called the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011 . It is not as innocent as its name.

Essentially, it makes it a federal offense to be anywhere near, from being in the area or in the same building, somebody protected by the secret service. That's from the President to candidates for political office (Romney or Santorum) to senior government officials to foreign dignitaries (G20). In other words, lots and lots of people.

While being sold as a way to close a loophole in the current law regarding White House security, it is actually much more than that. It changed one word that made a world of difference. What's the difference?

To be arrested and imprisoned, all you need to do is be the same building or area around a person that has secret service protection. You don't even need to know you are breaking the law to be arrested and imprisoned. If you are merely walking in an area "secured" for a person being protected, you can be legally jailed for up to one year. If you are carrying something that can be seen as a weapon (legally or not), that imprisonment can be extended to ten years.

In short, if you are within the same building or neighborhood being secured to protect a political or foreign personage without their expressed permission, you can be imprisoned.

Pitiful is it not? Its hard to explain the truth of those we presume we have them in there role of looking out for the the welfare of the masses... not in their plan for the few that say otherwise .. They are protected for making these A$$ backwards decisions.. What should be first and foremost, make it a Felony for them to lie.to us.. but their above the law.. that consideration will not be voted on..Well protected I'd say

I laughed when I heard Fox's attempt to quiet the back ground noise/mute the Fenley moment that was not expected by anyone that would of or could of change that... hard to get those people out of there at the time.
There were to many for the few that over seeing this event. Who was booing here. That would be hard to prove. But it will happen in short order.. More enforcers will be on the ground to escort you onto the buses on a one way ticket to.. well you know...

Where is the Creed that we expect from those that we pay to up hold those principles of a simple solution.
I wish I could work less then 80-90 days a year, and get the results were seeing. But I can't do that to those
that are dependent on the right choices by me.. There is the difference.

As a whole, it becoming more obvious by a few of us here.. those that are in charge are Born again Idiots.

But that could be a Felony thinking like that real soon for all of us... that to will happen before you know it as well.

Meanwhile.. our World is weakening for the lack of reasoning. Can't argrue that, but it continues regardless of this inept effort of our so called leardership. Greed for the few... O-my they need to protect that.

Damn.....

It is almost as if we are having a backwards social evolution.

I feel as if people actually WANT their freedoms taken - like they think it is a bad thing or something.

Those of us in the know, who have seen the truth, are too few. We know we would be shutup before we could make a difference or gain momentium.

It is a sad day when it is literally illegal to say something. That day is upon us. And it is greeted by most without rage, but silent acceptance. Shame on us as a whole for our apathy and slumber, while those evil men have moved upon us.

The problem is much deeper then you may think, is this a bad law? YES
Does it show that the reach of the NWO is unlimited? YES
Did Hitler brake any laws in his time? NO
Has the United States or its President broken any laws? NO

Nuts till you stop bickering and start learning law, and truth has been hidden and it goes further back then any of us has been alive, if I told you things like America, the United State in any form of the word is NOT your Country. I can prove it in law, but no matter how much proof would you believe me?
If I showed you that voting is a crime and the crime is treason with a 2 years prison sentence for committing such crime would you believe me?

So when your all ready to learn truth and law and realize that each citizen in the Union is a criminal and are responsible by their own actions for keeping this Democracy (defacto) alive not party lines but form of governance and denying the Republic (de jure) that the founders created then look up my threads that will clearly show you the law.

And how the United States government has never broken or passed a single unconstitutional law.
In the mean time great job op for trying to bring forth some thing that might just wake people up to the truth in law.

It's unconstitutional.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

en.wikipedia.org...

Congress shall make no law

What they did was unconstitutional.

Easy-peasy, lemon-squeasy

I could not agree more.. But your point that it seems like they want no freedom as a whole...its what it is. by design, Those that have no clue won't notice to much that its gone, our freedom.. but again will be happy/sad/deprived with life.. their life.. Its easy to accept and begin to feel this is normal. A precieve notion that this is all there is for me/us/them meaning of course the majority. except the choir I'm speaking to I trust.

Meanwhile we pay dearly for it..

The one eye man is King in the land of the sightless... right now, not looking good for the rest of us.

Take care MR, good OP!

Jesse
