Edit... snopes as mentioned above, proved it's a fake.. it's a modified version of someone elses id card from 1998.. I guess they failed to fake the barcode..

How do we know For Sure that all the others are not fake ?

Maybe they re-created all the "real" ones from the original Obama I.D. card.

I think the "Thomas Lugert" card may be fake to give the illusion of an Obama forgery.

The are switching around the real one to look fake.
