Beware of the light blue glow.
If you look at something in front of a white background, under certain conditions you brain let you see the complementary color around the object.
And the complementary color of your skin is light blue (of course, this doesn't apply if you are black).

Thank you for the response but i'm not sure I follow exactly what it is you are trying to say?

I see a very bright royal blue colour - almost electric...

So it might not be anything at all? It's just how my brain is perceiving it?

I try this when I can't sleep.Also see some color, blueish or orangeish.

OK for some reason I put my hands apart and slowly together. About 5 cm from eachother I felt like when placing two magnets with the same pole together. That strange feeling of repulsion.

You could also try to sense with your hands people's aura's. I know it's more covert to see them But you could tru to sense your own aura with your hands?
