Seems like they called in "sick" as sort of a protest... crazy.
Air traffic over South Eastern Norway paralyzed Monday

Some of the air traffic controllers came back to work again today.
However, not so many of them.
And 4 of 5 planes are cancelled.

They claim that this is NOT a protest.
