I ran across this on the Huffington Post and thought I had to share.I'm way below her age but I couldn't do that somedays, I feel like whatever get up and go I had got up and left.

Ninety four, the first couple minutes is kind of as you would think but stay with. If at that age you an still do that more poweer to you.

What do you think?

Watching Matilda Klein waiting in the wings to be called forward for her solo performance in this YouTube video, one would never expect the 94-year-old woman to have the energy it takes to be a ballroom dancing star.
But once Klein takes to the stage -- slowly ridding herself of her walker -- she is simply astounding.

I've heard it said that you're only as old as the people you feel.

In that case, she must have a thing for 'younger' men, possibly in their 60s or 70s?

More power to this awesome lady. It's a good thing, and great thing, a beautiful thing to see anyone of such maturity still active and kicking up their heels to boot. So wonderful!

I believe that age is often used as a label to define people.

For example, many people believe that if you're 17 you're just a kid not to be held responsible for your actions.

Some people really love to label and define people.

As for me, age is mostly in the attitude. Sometimes you have a fifteen year old in a fifty year old body.

People mentally age at different rates. Some mentally age faster than others.

Wow. That's a woman to admire. She must have lived a healthy life.
I wonder what her secret is? I wish I can move like that when in older than 90, that's if I make it to my 90s lol.

That was way cool.

It's not the years in your life but the life in your years it seems.
