Wow, see what happens when you look a little closer. I would love to have one of the photo-techy people do their magic on this picture. Something is fishy over in that chapel. To bad I did not live in England, I would love to go check this out in person. They sure are unsavory characters, I really don't like the feeling it radiates.

The real question is, why do all 3 have halos? Could this be a depiction of Jesus, Mary Magdalene, and their child? Those don't look like magi kneeling.

Honestly, I couldn't see the face.
. The only creepy thing I saw was the outline of the virgin. I don't think there's a face. Either there really isn't or I just can't see it. I've been staring at it for a couple minutes and nope still ain't see it. Sorry :/

Could it be a statue further back but still showing through the window?

Great pic

The article where I found this picture states that it is depicting Jesus, Mary and Joseph, it does not mention the kneeling woman. I do llike your prespective, ironically enough I have been doing a little reading about Mary Magdalene, but that is a different thread altogether.

Thanks, that thought has crossed my mind as well. The only problem with that is who in the heck would want a statue of that, in a hospital chapel none the less. I am actually glad other people see it, when I asked my family they did'nt, even after I pointed it out to them it took a while for them to spot it.

Do you see the evil looking white face, red eyes??? When I first saw this picture, that was the first thing I noticed.

makes you question the users handle "Pacifier" perhaps more of a statement about maturity level and not mood?
