First of all, there is no right needed to pick up a pen and write. There is no right needed to tie my shoes. So what I want to know is why is the whole world fooled into wanting rights?

Dont know about you, but I dont need a right to do what I want to do. And if I cant do what I want to do it is because a right in blocking me till I obtain said right. Rights are stumbling blocks and fool's gold, if you ask me. A catch 22 maybe even. If I have to go a certain strict way in order to do something or buy something, then you see how fooled the world is into having rights.

Your input welcome.

The concept of "rights" comes from Rome. Roman citizens could be either free (libertas) or servile (servitus), but they all had rights in law.
