Emotionally disturbed, in what sense? The article doesn’t indicate what symptoms are apparent. Don’t bad mouth, piss off a cop, and not expect him to do what comes naturally. Emotionally disturbed? Did his mother make the call to the police? Did he threaten his mother’s life? Did he threaten to take is own life? What do we really know about the events prior to the incident?
You can’t take a snippet of the information available and expect to reach the correct conclusion other than it looked as though the subject was already subdued when the second officer piled on. Why aren’t they interested in filling a civil rights case against the officers? Could have been the kid was asking for it. So the kid had a few lumps without any lacerations. I have seen bouncers in bars do a lot worse. Hope it brought the kid out of his emotional disturbance anyway
It remains to be seen if the public in America have the will to revolt.

This is not enough evidence to get any type of a conviction, and for what? Taking down a suspect?
All the kid has to show for it is a couple of abrasions on his scalp. You call that police brutality
You are an over sensitized pansy. Kids take worse beating then that at grade school. Truth probably is the kid is like you, never had any discipline and the cops show up to do what his mother should have done years ago. You should live in the magical land of perfection, oh wait you could find something wrong with that too.

No, YOU contact the police department and ask they did this. Are you nut's? That's like asking the bull in the china store to pick out which red hankerchief he want's to attack!
Let's get an interview from the officer being a bad cop, and see what she says.
Should be interesting.
Where's our ATS cub reporter?

"don't cross the blue line?" Geeze, sounds like "some" of the military personnel who think they can't disobey an unethical order.
