UN Plans 2.1Trillion in Wealth/year to Underdeveloped Countries, Massive Carbon Taxes, and others to develop green economies, etc.

This is a major move toward Agenda 21, Global Governance, and more. It will basically destroy the economies of well developed countries to gain “Human Equity” Sound familiar? It should, it is along the lies of Obama’s failed green energy policies. Now it appears that the UN and the RIO +20 Summit coming up in June 20th-23rd is where much of this is coming from.

I am providing the links to the full report located in pdf format on the UN’s Environmental Management Group website. It is at the bottom of the page and is broken up for easy downloads.

The following are links to download the various sections of the full report:

Part II: Investing in Physical Infrastructure and Dynamic Growth

Part III: Investing in Human Capital and Societal Infrastructure

Part IV: Enabling Policies and Measures

Annex

Source report on Fox News for below quotes.

Their plan is to bypass the individual country approach to force their ideas globally as a way around the problems of getting carbon tax laws passed in individual countries and much more on sustainable development.
Sounds a lot like a part of the NWO plan to me, but I will let you make your own judgements on this nightmare. And IMO it will be a disaster much greater than the recent economic disaster.

More than $2.1 trillion a year in wealth transfers from rich countries to poorer ones, in the name of fostering “green infrastructure, ” “climate adaptation” and other “green economy” measures.

Is someone out of touch with reality? IMO, YES! $2.1 Trilion a year and we could erase the debt of the US Government in 7-8 years. Talk about an economic collapse, look no further than the UN’s radical plans.

Further unspecified price hikes that extend beyond fossil fuels to anything derived from agriculture, fisheries, forestry, or other kinds of land and water use, all of which would be radically reorganized. These cost changes would “contribute to a more level playing field between established, 'brown' technologies and newer, greener ones."

Sounds like Obama’s playbook on green energy came from the UN originally. I understand all the arguments on sustainable development, but it will cause a plethora of serious problems for those in well developed countries.

--Major global social spending programs, including a "social protection floor" and "social safety nets" for the world's most vulnerable social groups for reasons of “equity.”

--Even more social benefits for those displaced by the green economy revolution—including those put out of work in undesirable fossil fuel industries. The benefits, called “investments,” would include “access to nutritious food, health services, education, training and retraining, and unemployment benefits."

--A guarantee that if those sweeping benefits weren’t enough, more would be granted. As one of the U.N. documents puts it: “Any adverse effects of changes in prices of goods and services vital to the welfare of vulnerable groups must be compensated for and new livelihood opportunities provided."

Now everyone here should be aware that the social entitlement programs in Europe and the US are collapsing the governments and part of the reason behind the austerity measures in countries like Greece. So, these brilliant leaders want to take the programs not only up a notch, but worldwide.Even the USSR collapsed under the pressure of socialism. What did we fight all those wars in the 19th century for? We we fighting socialism according to everything I know about proxy wars and the cold war. Also, who exactly are the vulnerable groups? And what about the effect it will have on the jobs and cost of goods in the well developed countries?
And a quote from Obama that I think everyone is aware of, "Under my administration, the cost of energy will necessarily skyrocket". Now we know what is going on with our... ahem, leaders.
UN=Epic Fail

That huge catalogue of taxes and spending is described optimistically as “targeted investments in human and social capital on top of investments in natural capital and green physical capital,” and is accompanied by the claim that it will all, in the long run, more than pay for itself.

But the whopping green “investment” list barely scratches the surface of the mammoth exercise in global social engineering that is envisaged in the U.N. documents, prepared by the Geneva-based United Nations Environmental Management Group (UNEMG), a consortium of 36 U.N. agencies, development banks and environmental bureaucracies, in advance of the Rio session.

And with that, I leave it open for debate, conspiracies, etc.

False.

Europe's collective economy is not in trouble because of 'entitlement spending'. It is in trouble because of unregulated banking and lending practices which created imaginary wealth for the region's most wealthy out of thin air, and is now taking money away from regular people's pensions, etc, to make up the difference.

OK, you are correct is saying the entitlement programs were not THE cause of the collapse of the financial system. What I should of said was that the entitlement programs are unsustainable as they are, and in the US at least, the expansion of said programs will make it that much more unsustainable and the only way to reverse the debt crises is to use austerity measures, which include major cuts to the entitlement programs at least in the US. However, the Obama administration is trying to expand such programs. There is going to be some harsh realities that people are going to be subject to, just like in Greece.

But, back to the topic, the UN wants to not only expand the programs, but make the developed countries pay for these programs in underdeveloped countries. The US for one can't afford their own entitlement programs.

Again, not entirely true. Say what you will about 'entitlement programs' like Social Security, the only reason they are financially unstable is because politicians rob them to pay for their projects, not because they are unsustainable by nature.

Dont believe the hype. Money dent disappear. It concentrates, and the only 'lack' of money right now is that a handful of the ultra, ultra wealthy are hoarding it. It is THEIR myth of scarcity which you perpetuate. They want the poor to starve .
