It looks like it but the other guy slowed it down frame by frame. It looks like the train goes through the rear of the car.....hard to explain.

It looks like a stop-action sequence from Wallace and Grommit. It's definitely stop-action models....

Looks like your average knob playing chicken on a British level crossing. Perhaps somewhere in Wales.
Mind you it looks like the lights and alarms failed on the crossing, so it could have just been one very lucky driver.

Doesn't look like a mock up video to me, those trains don't go terribly fast, still fast enough to make your bum pucker up if it sneaks up beside you though. Note the car in the background and the tree's swaying in the breeze.

The camera is crap is all. You don't seriously expect our public transport to be guarded by awesome cameras do you? Lucky it's not a box brownie.
