Syria: Nicolas Sarkozy compares Homs to Benghazi

www.telegraph.co.uk

Nicolas Sarkozy compared Bashar al-Assad's assault on Homs to Col Muammar Gaddafi's attacks on the city of Benghazi.

The French president and other Western leaders had cited the Gaddafi regime's attacks on Benghazi as reason for the international community to intervene in Libya.

I just i just knew either Nicolas Sarkozy or anyone from the west would use that compression of Assad to Gaddafi and Home is just like Benghazi.

This is even more proof that you need that America and Nicolas Sarkozy are involved with the rebels, heck they aren't rebels.

They are hired Goons, western paid off mercenaries they would do anything for a price and they will get the job done.

I am not surprised they started compression. Looks like the drums of war are getting louder the more these war hawks like Nicolas Sarkozy and

Panetta keep talking the more they will be leaking out what they are actually planning and that is a military intervention.

And would you look that picture of Nicolas Sarkozy couldn't they find a better one?

I am having trouble discerning your point, not to mention your stream-of-consciousness approach to sentences and paragraphs.

What, specifically, about the article are you pointing out as a topic for discussion?

Take care.

www.challenge..._mag.com/enarticle_297/why_the_israeli_communist_party_defenHi all,

Why the Israeli Communist Party defends Assad’s regime
by Asma Agbarieh-Zahalka

The following article was originlly written in Arabic as a response to Muhammad Nafa'a, the General Secretary of the Communist Party in Israel (MAKI). We offer it in English because it gives an important insight into the political and ideological discussions regarding the Arab Spring. Nafa'a has been publicly supporting the Assad regime against the popular uprising in Syria. So have 50 other communist parties. This article proposes an alternative socialist position.
