Dick Clark was a man of the people, unlike the zombie robots we have on american media today.

He loved to entertain. Even after having a stroke he continued to do what he loved. That's something I respect more than anything. Sure, it was hard seeing him after his stroke on TV, but the man never gave up.

There's no conspiracy here. If you'll notice, the mods have done their jobs and placed this thread in the correct forum. That being said "forum"...some of us might like to discuss this and remember Dick Clark and who he was and what he meant to "Americans" and our music.

is not very nice, i would like to know more about this.

d. clark was ok because of american bandstand, not because he had any type of personality. i do know that his production company made crap loads of money. i think he was worth at least a couple of 100 million dollars. but with all due respect to his passing, he wasn't anything that special to me, he was the host, that's it.

Yes, we sure will miss Dick Clark, I remember well every Saturday we kids watched American Bandstand like clockwork. Godspeed, Dick, see you on the other side!

even after 9/11 when the threat of terrorist

drop could of attacked... Dick did great

At about 7:12 in the video he is asked about his involvement in "work for welfare" program, He then reacted like the sinister "tool" he really was. Im not a michael moore fan at all, but the piece on this documentary really burned my ass when i saw it.
