What an excellent thread guavas. S&F!

Are we able to escape from the confines of this cage that TPTB have imprisoned us in? More and more people are starting to realize this as the years go by, yet nothing seems to change. It sounds bleak, but I think they really do have us trapped. How can we possibly break free?

I am reminded of a quote I read a few months back:

"The most erroneous assumption is to the effect that the aim of public education is to fill the young of the species with knowledge and awaken their intelligence, and so make them fit to discharge the duties of citizenship in an enlightened and independent manner. Nothing could be further from the truth. The aim of public education is not to spread enlightenment at all; it is simply to reduce as many individuals as possible to the same safe level, to breed and train a standardized citizenry, to put down dissent and originality. That is its aim in the United States, whatever the pretensions of politicians, pedagogues and other such mountebanks, and that is its aim everywhere else."

~ H.L. Mencken

"Dependence begets subservience and venality, suffocates the germ of virtue, and prepares fit tools for the designs of ambition." - Thomas Jefferson

One of the biggest problems we now face in our nation. We must forego our dependence upon this system that is destroying us, and form in its place a system where we rely upon each other instead of upon the master that has chained us.

We revere the master, for it is an easier road than resisting...but since when has the easy road lead to any place truly worth seeing?

I think the realization of this very simple axiom is enough for one to become wise to all conspiracies.

It is difficult to get a man to understand something when his job depends on not understanding it.

Can i postulate that there is in fact no single human group that is controlling this....merry go round, but a number of competing groups. Therefore no future plan by any one group is necessarily how the future will unfold. If this is the case then it makes sense that at least one of these groups is truly working for our benefit. As we all reach a better understanding of the true nature of this....merry go round it makes sense that we will all become better at making the right choices and thus align ourselves with the growing good and tip the scales.
Nothing particularly dramatic may take place at all. It is unlikely that when we look back at this time we will be able to pin point any one universal moment that kick things off.
An important point to make here too is that we are vulnerable when we believe we are victims. We must believe that somehow individually and collectively throughout time, we chose this and only we can change this.

I agree with the OP. It seems like our government engineers disasters and social issues to keep people from questioning the real issues.

One must consider that an individual person can over-power another man through deception with suffrage. Putting a man in suffrage can make a man give up his birth-right for a meal as the story is told in scripture.
Does one ever research why one is called a civillian or citizen of some country under roman civil law or why they were berthed in a system where a group of elected men control how to run their lives and threaten you with fines for not wearing a seatbelt?
Do you ever read a legal document for content instead of context?
Do you understand the enclave of jurisdiction that legally put you into their system by the fact of just registering your person (legalese person aka. Name on birth certificate which falls in the jurisdiction of the state registrar) for their services such as Social Security Insurance and the 911 service?
How do you address yourself?
Do you register your land under their jurisdictional "situs" address or a "legal" address so they can legally extract taxes from you (fee tennent) because you implied or expressed claim to be in their legal jurisdiction?
Does the jurisdictional court ask you if your NAME is Mr. So-n so and if you live at that specific "situs" address? If you submit to their jurisdiction then they have full power to judge you from your own implied words.
Did you ever question why we have founding fathers of a country or even the mystical theology of the church fathers claiming to be immortal spirit of God and claim to be the devine agency or admisters of the Father's Will, whom are they to tell you, that you need to go through them to find salvation?
Did you ever consider the definition of "independence" where it marks you free and not a slave or servant to any one, not even servant to the only Absolute Sovereign that in fact is the only entity in existence that can truly be independent.
Are you walking on this earth claiming to be a god yourself living in a state of nature (state of war)?
Did you ever wonder why the word "individual" is always shows up in some form of contract that puts you in some debt with a creditor?
Do you ever question why they always try to get you to register and vote at the polls.
Do you ever ask the question why you sang a anthemizing song as you unknowling fell into their pragamatic education system frankpledging your alliegence to an elected sovereign that is under God and legally giving up the faith of the original Father in Heaven and His Law and leaving you servant to a man that claims to be god where they can make up their own posited laws?
Ever wonder why the first thing you learned in the education system was to write your name and know your situs address.
Do you even under stand the treaties of the law of nations? And how when you vote in the polls that you are beheaded of some rights and claim this beheaded state legally from the registration of your NAME . And with this manifested fact you put your children, property and possesions in the jurisdictional language of the courts and give the elected sovereign your permission to plunder you of your earthly wealth?
Do you even know what the word "realm" actually means?
What port were you berthed on and what was the name of the boat?
Were you educated as a crew member to keep that boat from sinking and failing because it is your patriotic duty and responsibility.
Do you question why they bailed out the banks instead of the debt of the people and why so many people can't find work to support their families and rely on the establishments welfare service? Again when a man is in suffrage they beg for help and vow (vote) in a system to keep them afloat for their own survival because in that system everyone is in a "state of war". And the coorporate establishment will never declare peace because there is too much profit and control when you at war. Just ask John Lennon when he said publicly, to have peace all they have to do is declare peace. That comment by him was the answer that everyone was looking for as citizens of the boat finding themselves and their children dieing in wars with other nations. That comment threatened the status quo of the establishment and their agenda and that knowledge needed to disappear before everyone woke up from John's godly fame during that time.
Do you even realize that being naturalized as a citizen your an idiot by definition?

UNPOLLED, a. Not registered as a voter.
2. Unplundered; not stripped. Fanshaw.

Notice that when one goes to the polls, they are stripped or plundered of some 'thing'. What is that thing you are stripped or plundered of? lets look in a book that inspired the Declaration of Independence called,:

THE LAW OF NATIONS OR PRINCIPLES OF THE LAW OF NATURE APPLIED TO THE CONDUCT AND AFFAIRS OF NATIONS AND SOVEREIGNS FROM THE FRENCH OF MONSIEUR DE VATTEL ;

§ 4. In what light nations or states are to be considered.

Nations being composed of men naturally free and independent, and who, before the establishment of civil societies, lived together in the state of nature, — Nations , or sovereign states, are to be considered as so many free persons living together in the state of nature.

It is a settled point with writers on the natural law, that all men inherit from nature a perfect liberty and independence , of which they cannot be deprived without their own consent. In a State, the individual citizens do not enjoy them fully and absolutely, because they have made a partial surrender of them to the sovereign. But the body of the nation, the State, remains absolutely free and independent with respect to all other men, and all other Nations, as long as it has not voluntarily submitted to them.

§ 5. To what laws nations are subject.

As men are subject to the laws of nature, — and as their union in civil society cannot have exempted them from the obligation to observe those laws, since by that union they do not cease to be men, — the entire nation, whose common will is but the result of the united wills of the citizens, remains subject to the laws of nature , and is bound to respect them in all her proceedings. And since right arises from obligation, as we have just observed (§3), the nation possesses also the same rights which nature has conferred upon men in order to enable them to perform their duties

VO'TING, ppr. Expressing the mind, will or preference in election, or in determining questions proposed ; giving a vote or suffrage ; electing, deciding, giving or enacting by vote.

VOW, n. [Fr. vocu ; It. voto ; L. votum, from voveo, to vow ; probably a contracted word.]

1. A solemn promise made to God, or by a pagan to his deity. The Roman generals when they went to war, sometimes made a vow that they would build a temple to some favorite deity, if he would give them victory. A vow is a promise of something to be given or done hereafter. A person is constituted a religious by taking three vows, of chastity, of poverty and of obedience. Among the Israelites, the vows of children were not binding, unless ratified by the express or tacit consent of their father. Num. xxx.
2. A solemn promise ; as the vows of unchangeable love and fidelity. In a moral and religious sense, vows are promises to God, as they appeal to God to witness their sincerity, and the violation of them is a most hainous offense.

VOWED,pp. Solemnly promised to God: given or consecrated by solemn promise to perform.Eccles. v.

VOW, v.t. [Fr. vouer ; L. voveo.] To give, consecrate or dedicate to God by a solemn promise. When Jacob went to Mesopotamia, he vowed to God a tenth of his substance, and his own future devotion to his service. Gen. xxviii.

PLUNDER. v. The most common meaning of the term "to plunder" is to take property from persons or places by open force and this may be in course of a lawful war, or by unlawful hostility, as in the case of pirates or banditti. But in another and very common meaning, though in some degree figurative, it is used to express the idea of taking property from a person or place, without just right, but not expressing the nature or quality of the wrong done. 16 Pick. 9. – Black's Law Dictionary First Edition, pg. 904-905.

PLUNDER . n. Personal property belonging to an enemy, captured and appropriated on land; booty. Also the act of seizing such property. See BOOTY; PRIZE – Black's Law Dictionary First Edition, pg. 905.

SERVITUDE . The condition[constitutional state] of being bound [by contract, oath or pledge or
frankpledge] to service; the state of a person who is subjected [by whom the United States
constitution creates according to the 14th Amendment Citizen (villien) ], voluntarilly or
otherwise, to another person [person being; the constitutionally created person who is entitled the right
to be a chief or king of the titled nation] as his servant [in the realm of the nation it
establishes].
2. A charge [national debt] upon one es[S]tate for the benefit of another. A species of incorporeal
right [not of material nature] derived from the civil law, resembling and answering to the easement
of the common law. 3 Kent, Comm. 434. [jus in personum]
The term "servitude," in its original and popular sense, signifies the duty of service, or rather
the condition of one is liable to the performance of services. The word, however, in its legal
sense, is applied figuratively to things. When the freedom of ownership in land is fettered or
restricted, by reason of some person, other than the owner thereof, having some right, therein, the
land is said to "serve" such person. The restricted condition of the ownership or the right which
forms the subject-matter of the restriction is termed a "servitude," and the land so burdened with
another's right is termed a "servient tenement," while the land belonging to the person enjoying
the right is called the "dominant tenement." The word "servitude" may be said to have both a
positive and a negative signification; in the former sense denoting the restrictive right belonging
to the entitled party; in the latter, the restrictive duty entailed upon the proprietor or
possessor of the servient land. Brown.
All servitudes which affect lands may be divided into two kinds, ---personal and real. Personal
servitudes are those attached to the person for whose benefit they are established, and terminatte
with his life. This kind of servitude is of three sorts, ---usufruct, use, and habitation. Real
servitudes, which are also called "predial" or "landed" servitudes, are those which the owner of an
estate enjoys on a neighboring estate for the benefit of his own estate. They are called "predial"
or "landed" servitudes because, being established for the benefit of an estate, they are rather due
to the estate than to the owner personally. Civil Code La. art. 646.
Real servitudes are divided, in the civil law, unto rural and urban servitudes. Rural servitudes
are suuch as are established for the benefit of a landed estate; such, for example, as a right of
way over the servient tenement, or of access to a spring, a coal mine, a sand-pit, or a wood that
is upon it. Urban servitudes are such as are established for the benefit of one building over
another.

(But the buildings need not be in the city, as the name would apparently imply.) They are
such as the right of support, or of view, or of drip or sewer, or the like. See Mackeld. Rom. Law,
SS 316, et seq.

SERVITUS . Lat. In the civil law. Slavery; bondage; the state of service. Defined as "an instutution
of the conventional law of nations, by which one person is subjected to the dominion of another,
contrary to natural right." Inst. 1,3, 2. [jus quAEsitum]

You hit on a number of truths, but fail in your analysis.

What you describe is materially correct, in that we are all participants in a system that keeps up from enacting change, but there is no conspiracy there.

Think about the nature of how people handle grief as an example. We are conditioned to adjust or get over things in order to conform socially. No group would accept a member who constantly chaffing everyone else. We all accept things we don't like in order to be able to fit it.

If any conspiracy exists, we indoctrinate ourselves and by our behavior reinforce it in others.

The operative words there are "we are conditioned." That is the brilliance of social engineering such as the kind discussed by the OP. All the engineer has to do is point the "train" in the right direction.Through enforcement of "social norms" which in many (not all) cases have been part of the intentional engineering, "we indoctrinate ourselves and by our behavior reinforce it in others."

Very well articulated. I think as we become adults, the veil gets pulled away and we see the world as it is. There is no great revolution coming. Things are what they are. The poor will remain shackled to social welfare programs, inept of making real change. The middle class will continue to be squeezed to pay for those social programs. And well, the upper class will continue to profit from the backs of others, enjoying their tax credits and tax breaks. Politicians will continue to distract the American public with topics like racism, birth control, and gay marriage. All the while both democrats and republicans are dining together and laughing at all of us.

Yes i read through your entire post and you are right about everything you said. In all honsety i think the only thing that is going to fix the problem would be the complete annihilation of the human species. A comet, meteor or whatever needs to lay waste to this planet. Something where no underground facility would protect its inhabitants. Alot of your points are true (all of them to be exact) but i believe a greater truth is being hidden from us. Its pretty sad there are people who don't recoginize these things around them and continue to live that 9-5 work week, watching the news everyday life style without looking around. I threw away my tv years ago and feel much more awake and cognizant of the bs going in our society.

The vast majority of us are helplessly forced to robotically accept and hopelessly made to robotically adhere to whatever currently enforced belief structures we happen to be raised within...

Anyone who doesnt run tptb's mind numbing, materialistic, greed driven, soul shattering rat race...

Anyone who dares to rock tptb's boat of control...

Anyone who trys to makes too many waves upon tptb's drowning oceans of power and domination...

Will be threatened with homelessness and imprisonment and sometimes both of those inhumane fates will befall those politically incorrect, socially unacceptable wave making people in rapid succession, which ultimately and all too often, leads to their drug addicted, untimely deaths...

Pretty cool, huh? Free is a four letter word. Our freedoms are intentionally fabricated illusions and purposefully induced lies. The most easily controlled slaves, the best behaved sheeple, are the ones who are constantly told to think and believe they are free.Sounds awfully familiar, doesnt it?

OP, you're totally right, and it was a very well written post. Nicely done.

Self-sustainability, ethical choices which do little damage to the earth and do not support the government are made very difficult, immoral, illegal, very expensive. There's a law against basically every oppotunity you get to bail out of the system, to exit the machine, and it is all done for that exact reason. Subliminal messaging through the media makes people believe it's a wonderful thing, this prison we live in. Thouse 40 hours a week at work? That's slavery under another name, still working for the man, with this oh so important middle man money being passed back and forth.... It is all so ridiculous it drives me insane! All this importance on the economy this, the econmy that. Resources being sold off and bought back... Building up mass militiary and claiming there is nothing that can be done for the less fortunate...
And the seperation thing? OH GOD. Religious bias, sexism, racism, homophobia, subculture hatred, poor/rich wars... it's all intentional and it has been ingrained so deeply that even genuinely GOOD people still hold resentment for others. The WORST thing that could happen were we to realise that we shouldn't be fighting each other... That there is a greater enemy. An enemy that has been f**king us, f**king the planet, f**king everything in our existance for I have no idea how long (but I would really like to, if anyone knows).

REALLY frustrating.
