Another No-Bake Cookie, Orange Blossom Treats

I love these no-bake recipes. This one is delicious and simple to make. They come in so handy when you want something special, but short on time. Office parties, Baby Showers, anytime...these are a hit.


1 bx 12 oz. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 can(s) 6 oz. orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted
1 c confectioners' sugar
1 c finely chopped nuts, your choice ( i use pecans)
1 pkg coconut, flaked sweetened

Directions

Crush vanilla wafers very fine. Mix with sugar

Add undiluted juice and nuts. Mix well.

Shape into small balls. Roll in coconut.

Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
