Kind of like an ethnic 'full house', that's a bit like traffic cops here playing 'snooker' to relieve the boredom.
IE they stop a red car, then they go for a colour (yellow green brown blue pink and top marks for black)

I don't see this event as all that unfortunate for the guy who's dead. He wanted this! The video makes this abundantly clear.

It is horrible for the guy's family, and for the police who had to make that consequential decision to take him down, though. And for those who got stuck in traffic over this.

Btw, there's a reason stateside law enforcement does not fire warning shots, or disabling shots - only shots to stop the threat. Bystanders.

If only he had turned to run, he'd probably still be alive...

Two things....
One, what the hey kind of training do these slobs get??90 rounds??
Thats nine full ten round mags.....
If thats what they carry that makes nine piss poor shots and 89 potential dead bystanders....!
I remember shooting against cops(RCMP) in the IPSC and was not impressed.....the city cops were better but not much....
Two, the guy was looking to get slayed....end of story, no racial overtones, cops lousy shooting notwithstanding
