The Beezzer's Court is back in session. ATS vs The Affordable Care Act. Discussion/Prep thread

With the weekend coming up (we're expecting crummy weather) I thought we could get another case going.

Same rules apply.



We'll need a prosecutor, defense, and jurors again.

The case?

ATS vs The Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare)

Is it constitutional?

Our panel of jurors will hold the heavy responsibility of deciding for the country.

Our prosecutorial team will argue against The Affordable Care Act.

Our defense team will argue for The Affordable Care Act.

All T&C will apply.

I will preside and also abide by all rules of impartiality.

We will be civil and respectful at all times.

What do you say folks?

Sorry Beez, I'll be away for a week or so. As much as I would like to participate, I'll have to sit this one out.
I would like to be considered for the next trial though. The last one was interesting.

At least I'll be able to see the results of this one when I get back.
