We'll have to wait and see? He will probably be placed in protective custody or something. However, a lot of stuff can happen when being escorted to chat with his lawyer, to court, or even the infirmary. His escort conveniently steps away to have a smoke or to have a bathroom break, and out of nowhere some inmates pull him aside to tune him up a bit. We all know what that will entail. My guess is some in the corrections community are just as upset as others in society over this? It is something to keep in mind. Thanks for the reply!

Just copy paste from my other post, but this is what I think is going to happen.

This is how I see it, he was charged with 2nd degree murder because it will calm everyone looking for "Trayvon Justice" but she knows the evidence will set Zimmerman free of 2nd degree murder.

I bet Zimmerman was notified yesterday or Monday that he will be charged and that's why he stopped his communication with the first lawyers and got to Florida to surrender and got a better lawyer.

If the prosecutor didnt charge Zimmerman we would have a RACE WAR, they need it to charge Zimmerman with 2nd degree murder because is the only way they know it wont hold up in court and he will acquitted, this prosecutors are intelligent on doing this. (They might loose the case but they prevent the chaos)

Right now everybody will be calm, Zimmerman will post bail and wait for his trial where he will be acquitted. Everybody wins.

To bad that an innocent person has to go thru this just because they made a huge deal on the RACE ISSUE that was never there.

Lol, not killers of a 17 year old black kid, especially when the majority of the inmates are black.
Besides, like i said, if he isnt given bail, he will be placed in solitary, for his protection.

I know which sounds like a lot and it is because he is being charged with 2nd degree murder. I'm am positive his bail amount will be appropriate for the crime, not blown up like you were saying. He will be given the average bail amount for that crime for that state.

I don't really think there will be a conviction. Too much gray in it. I have this case dismissed by the judge,after opening arguments. No Grand Jury ,,,this says a lot. Big deal,they don't have to have one,but it speaks volumes that DA doesn't really know how to proceed . There are know clear witnesses. Only argument is Z following Martin well, so, is it a crime. Who among us hasn't watched a presumed shady character through our neighborhood?

lmao. Race war between whom? Asian American's, Caucasian American's(for simplicity), Hispanic American's, Jewish American's,[insert every other racial/cultural group African American's ticked off these last 20 years] vs African American's.

Heck African American's shot themselves sin the foot the last time they rioted(no more grocery stores in their communities or other main street businesses, led to further African American poverty) in the early 90's.

I guess in some areas like Philly they could hurt other ethnicity's(Caucasian and Jewish American's), but in places like Detroit, lol it would be as if they decided to defecate on their kitchen table to "teach whitey a lesson".

Pandering to them now, is the equivalent of pandering to a spoiled 4 year old brat. We would be doing more harm then good in the long run. The reason I say that is because African American's are not feared as they would wish, but people find them annoying and cumbersome.

The Europeans in some countries view the Roma as annoying and cumbersome.

Add in the fact that a race war between African American's and Hispanic American's would last a whole of a day or two, it is all just so preposterous to fear such a weak people. And it is even more preposterous to allow a weak people to think they are strong. Your just setting them up for failure. It may be difficult, but if the African American community is to survive, it needs to grow up and be allowed to make mistakes. They need to be allowed to be treated like everyone else. Not treated as perpetual infants, but as human beings.

Why did the avoid a grand jury trial? Because then we couldn't watch it. Now they have gauranteed America's preoccupation again. This is a put on! This is a spectacle. There isn't enough evidence to charge him with second degree murder. They are giving everyone a big show like Casey Anthony, but this time they need it because it's an election year and we are on the edge of war.

The reason they went without grand jury was for the showbiz of it.

Mark my words this is contrived and this almost guarantees (unless it's all about elections) that we are looking at something happening this year. Also imagine when they don't have the evidence on him and he goes free, what will the uproar be then?

I am now one hundred percent certain this is a farce.

I do believe the prosecutor knows Zimmerman is innocent but they need it to charge him with something to CALM the black community, there is a lot going on the streets, if the prosecutor didnt charge him yesterday, we will be having riots and more killings today.

They charge him with 2nd degree murder and it wont stick in court. They did this because they know the evidence will set him free, but in the mean time it will calm the public. Is not a coincidence that Zimmerman been outside the state did everything very fast to get to Florida and surrender, I bet you he knew by the prosecutors mouth he was going to be charged and thats why he was already in FL yesterday to surrender.

I bet you this prosecutors have received death threats, people have shot a Sanfords police car, block the entrance of the police station, beat up an old guy in the name of Trayvon and probably the Tusla killings was part fueled by this case too. And thats why the chrged him with the 2nd degree murder that a jury will never convict.

he will post bail, wait trial and set free once the evidence is out.

Also, he sure doesnt look so "white" in the newer images. I think the earlier photos of him were re-touched, to lighten his skin for some reason.
